International Agreements 1/2 3 The office in charge of the development and management of the following kind of agreements in education: Framework Agreements with non EU institution Student Exchange Mobility with non EU institution Double Degree Agreements (Master and PhD) Ph.D. Agreements Faculty mobility (non Erasmus Teaching Staff) Vertical Mobility Consortium Agreements for strategic partnerships and EU funded projects
International Agreements 2/2 4 Setting-up of internal guidelines Creation of the models for each different kind of agreement Negotiation with the partner institutions and preparation of the final draft Setting-up of the internal process of approval and final signature Archiving of an original copy within the office Trasmission of: one original to the partner institution a copy of the agreement to the Polimi offices involved Registration of the agreement on the Ministry portal and in the Polimi Database
Eu funded programs in education 1/2 5 The office is in charge of the promotion and management of EU funded programs in education such as: Erasmus Mundus TEMPUS EU-ICI ECP Some Key Actions of the new ERASMUS + Program Other EU funded actions in education
Eu funded programs in education Promotion Activities 2/2 6 Setting-up of internal guidelines Internal Promotion of open call for proposals Support in preparing specific application with particular focus on: Budget Official documents Consortium Agreement Relations with the project coordinator/partners
Eu funded programs in education Management Activities 3/2 7 If the project focuses on a specific topic: If the project focuses on all the educational offer: Negotiation, approval and signature of the consortium agreement Support to the involved department in setting-up the project activities Advice on specific aspects of the project Negotiation, approval and signature of the consortium agreement Management of all the activities Financial Management Management of the relations with the coordinator/partners and with the Agency, if coordinator Preparation of the reports
Other Activities 8 Management of the Relations with International Partners Support to the Rector s Delegates in International Relations with a special focus on: Welcoming international delegations Study on potential partners International rankings Setting up strategic co-operation agreements/projects
