ACCREDITATION Only accredited journalists, cameramen and photographers will be allowed to th G7 Health Ministerial Meeting in Milano. Media representatives must register via the online accreditation system available on the G7 Presidency official website https://accreditation.g7italy.org/700/mediahome.aspx at the latest on Thursday, 2 November 2017 at 7 p.m. (local time). To fill up the online accreditation form you will need a photo (jpeg format) and a scanned copy the following documents: Id card or passport Press card (if the letter of the company is not available/mandatory only for freelance) Letter of the editor to confirm the assignment The upload of the document, the letter of assignment and the press card is mandatory for the accreditation. BADGE PICK-UP Journalists and technical staff will receive their badges upon arrival at the press accreditation desk situated at the Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci (entrance from via Olona 6, Milano). Identification document will be required. The accreditation badges can be picked up from Sunday 5th at 10.00 a.m. to Monday 6th at 12.40 p.m. MEDIA CENTRE The Media Centre is located at the Sala Conte di Biancamano, within the main venue of the Ministerial Meeting, Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci (entrance from Via Olona 6, Milano). The Media Centre will have a dedicated access for accredited journalists, cameramen and photographers, which will be signposted. The press room will be equipped with up to 30 work stations, wi-fi connection and a permanent coffee station. It will be open from Sunday 5th at 10.00 a.m. Milan, 5-6 November 2017
PRESS CONFERENCE AND PRESS BRIEFINGS The G7 Health Ministerial Meeting in Milano will be closed-door meeting. The final press conference will take place on Monday 6th at 12.40 a.m. at the Spazio Polene (close to the Media centre) in the Museo della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci, entrance from Via Olona 6, Milano. The Italian Minister of Health Beatrice Lorenzin and the other Ministers will present the outcome of the meeting. A interpretation service will be available in five languages ( ). The G7 Ministers and the EU representatives can reach the press room whenever they want to meet the press and issue a statement. Registered photographers and cameramen, arranged in press pools, will gain access to the following moments: Family Foto of the Ministers and Tour de Table at the opening of the Meeting (Sunday 5th, 1.15 p.m.) and Handshake between the Italian Minister and each Head of Delegation (Monday 6th 8.30 a.m.). If you would like to request an interview, please send the name of the person you would like to interview, the publication you work for, and the rough topics you would like to cover to ufficiostampa@sanita.it.
