We accept MasterCard and Visa. Please note a 3.1% service fee will be added to all credit card payments. If paying by check, please mail to: Harris Computer Systems 62133 Collections Center Drive Chicago, IL 60693-0621 Please include your name and conference registration confirmation number on any checks. To receive the Early Bird rate you must register no later than September 21, 2016 and payment must be received by Harris no later than October 5, 2016. All other payments must be received within 60 days of registration. Refunds are available until October 21, 2016 The service fee applied to credit card transactions is non-refundable. If you are paid in full but you cannot find a replacement attendee, and you need to cancel your registration: 100% of your registration will be refunded by September 21 less any transaction fees 75% of your registration will be refunded by October 21 less any transaction fees No refunds will be provided after October 21, but you can carry your balance forward to the 2017 conference. *Please note that pre-conference courses are priced separately. The Early Bird registration fee is $875USD Registrations received after September 21 are $1,200USD Registrations received after October 21 are $1,350USD The Full Conference Pass registration fee includes: Admission to all Conference Sessions Admission to the Sponsorship Showcase All conference sponsored meals (Breakfasts, Lunches and Breaks) Wednesday and Thursday night Special Events We offer a 1-Day Pass for attendance to a specific day of the conference. Only a single 1-Day Pass may be purchased per attendee; to attend multiple conference days please see the Full Conference Pass listed above. The Early Bird 1-Day Pass registration fee is $300USD The 1-Day Pass Registration fee after September 21 is $400USD The 1-Day Pass Registration fee after October 21 is $500USD The registration fee includes: Admission to all conference sessions Admission to the Sponsorship Showcase Conference sponsored meals for the specified date Note: 1-Day Passes do not include access to the evening events. Attendees may register guests to attend the Conference Special Events. The Guest Registration fee is $190USD per guest for admission to both evening events: the cocktail reception on Wednesday evening and the banquet on Thursday evening. If you would like your guest to attend only one of the events, the cost is as follows: $65USD for entrance to the cocktail reception $125USD for entrance to the banquet The Guest Registration does not include access to conference sessions, the Sponsorship Showcase or meals outside of the special events. This addition to your registration is intended for use by a registered attendee's spouse or guest and is not for use by co-workers. If you would like your guest to attend regular conference meals with you (breakfast and lunch), you can opt to do so at an additional charge of $75USD.
