Participants will learn about successful Medicaid 1115 waiver projects that have brought medical home services to Medicaid recipients and under-insured and uninsured Texans. Participants will gain knowledge of the successes of the patient-centered medical home movement since its inception and challenges to widespread adoption of the model that remain.
