Welcome to Moreno Valley College s unique and vital public safety training located at the Ben Clark Training Center (BCTC). In association with local, state and federal agencies, Moreno Valley College offers one of the largest public safety training programs in Southern California. Each year, the college prepares hundreds of students to work as law enforcement officers, firefighters, emergency medical technicians, paramedics, dispatchers, and correctional officers. Most of the training occurs at the BCTC, located adjacent to March Air Force Reserve Base. The Ben Clark Training Center is recognized nationally for its innovative, interagency programs that emphasize state-of-the-art training for law enforcement, emergency medical services and firefighting personnel to function as a team. Several major public agencies participate in public safety training, including the Riverside County Sheriff s Department, the Riverside County Fire Department, the California Department of Forestry.
