While the size of Christmas has changed over the last few decades, the importance of volunteers to the success of the event has remained the same. This year, more than 250 volunteers will donate their time to help with tasks like picking up donations, serving food, and caring for our less able guests. Our long serving volunteers may notice some differences to their regular volunteering positions this year. These changes are designed to make your time with us both safer and more enjoyable, and include better definition and training in each volunteering role, structured induction sessions, improved support from the Exodus management team, ID cards and more.
