DAAD s Africa Strategy DAAD decided to develop a new strategic approach towards collaboration with the African continent to: Adapt to the rapid developments currently shaping the African HE landscape Act in a consistent and well-informed manner, serving the most pressing needs of the African HE institutions Enhance the cooperation and consultation with the African and international partners Maximise the impact of DAAD s work 19
