Terms & Conditions Eligibility 1. These terms and conditions govern the "Menang Perabot Idaman daripada IKEA" Contest ("Contest"). By participating in this Contest, you agree to be bound by the contest terms and conditions. 2. The Contest is organized by Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. ("Organizer"). The Contest is open to all Malaysian citizens aged 18 years and above with a valid identification card except employees of TF Value-Mart Sdn. Bhd., the Organizer and their affiliated companies, i.e. Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. (CESB), Malaysia Milk Sdn. Bhd. (MMSB), distributors, advertising agencies, promotion firms and their immediate family members. Contest Period 1. The Contest will run from 1 November 2017 till 31 December 2017. 2. Entries received after the Closing Date will not be accepted. 3. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any mistake, lost or late entries, or other technical faults that might arise during the Contest period. Contest Mechanism 1. Participants must purchase the following participating VITAGEN and/or MARIGOLD products of any pack size and variant worth a minimum of RM15 & above in a single receipt: VITAGEN, MARIGOLD HL Low Fat Milk, MARIGOLD Peel Fresh, MARIGOLD 0% Fat Yogurt Drink, MARIGOLD Low Fat Yogurt, MARIGOLD 0% Fat Yogurt, MARIGOLD Fruit Jelly and MARIGOLD Milk Pudding. 2. Answer the question correctly, fill in your personal particulars and send your entry via one of the methods below: a. Entry Form Box Complete the contest form and attach the original purchase receipt. Drop your entry form into the Entry Form Box at TF Value-Mart. b. Normal Mail Send your entry form and the original purchase receipt via mail with sufficient stamp to the following designated address: "Menang Perabot Idaman daripada IKEA" Contest, Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. (95503-T), P.O. Box No. 1026, Jalan Semangat, 46860 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. 3. All entries must be accompanied by an original purchase receipt with participant s full name, IC number and the answer to the question below: Anda dikehendaki membeli produk VITAGEN dan/atau MARIGOLD yang turut serta bernilai minimum RM15 & ke atas untuk menyertai peraduan ini. 4. An entry is only deemed valid when it is submitted with an original proof of purchase. Participants must attach the original purchase receipt for entries submitted via the provided Entry Form Box or Normal Mail. 5. Participants may send in as many entries as they wish, but each entry must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt worth RM15 & above as the proof of purchasing participating VITAGEN and/or MARIGOLD products at TF Value-Mart nationwide. 6. One valid purchase receipt is for one entry only.
Submission of Entries Via Entry Form Box / Normal Mail 1. The Organizer SHALL NOT be held responsible for entries sent through the wrong channel or loss of entry form/original purchase receipt during/after submission via Entry Form Box or Normal Mail. 2. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any entries received after the Closing Date via Normal Mail. 3. All information, Contest terms and conditions can be obtained from the contest form, www.vitagen.com.my and www.marigold.com.my. 4. Participants must submit their entries via Entry Form Box or Normal Mail. Any submission made through other means is deemed invalid. 5. The time of an entry sent by a participant shall not be deemed as the time of receipt by the Organizer. 6. Participants will be charged for purchasing stamp or other charges. The Organizer shall not reimburse the sum charged including Goods and Service Tax (GST) to the participants, if any. Contest Language 1. All entries must be submitted in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia. Entries in other languages will be disqualified automatically. 2. In the event of any inconsistencies and/or discrepancies between the English and Bahasa Malaysia version of the contest terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. Participants are highly advised to visit the Organizer's website(s) from time to time to ensure that they are aware of any updates and changes made. Prizes and Selection of Winners 1. Prizes available for this contest are as follows: Grand Prize x 1: SODERHAMN 4-seat Sofa & Chaise Longue worth RM4,000. First Prize x 2: IKEA Loft Bed Combo with Chair worth RM2,500. Second Prize x 5: IKEA Desk with Shelf Unit & Chair worth RM500. Third Prize x 10: Storage Combination worth RM250. Consolation Prize x 25: IKEA Plates & Bowls worth RM100. 2. Each eligible entry with the correct answer will be given a chance to win. At the end of the Contest Period, 43 winners will be selected from all the eligible entries received during the Contest Period through a computerized random selection. 3. The first (1st) name drawn will win the Grand Prize. The second till third (2nd till 3rd) name drawn will win the First Prize. The fourth till eighth (4th till 8th) name drawn will win the Second Prize. The ninth till the eighteenth (9th till 18th) name drawn will win the Third Prize. The nineteenth till the forty-third (19th till 43rd) name drawn will win the Consolation Prize. 4. Photos of prizes are for illustrative purposes only. 5. Each participant is entitled to win one (1) prize only throughout the entire Contest Period. 6. The Organizer shall not be held liable for any loss of prizes due to inaccurate information given by the winners. 7. Incomplete entries (without full name/ic number/answer or original purchase receipt) will not be considered for prize winning.
Announcement of Winners & Delivery of Prizes 1. All winners will be notified via letter/telephone and the list of winners will be announced in the Organizer s website (www.vitagen.com.my and www.marigold.com.my) on 22 January 2018. 2. All prizes must be redeemed within one (1) month from the date of notification. Prizes which are not redeemed within the aforementioned period will be forfeited. 3. On matters relating to prize redemption, the Organizer will contact and notify the winners on the date of delivery to the winners' residences. The Organizer's Rights 1. The Organizer reserves the right to request winners to provide proof of identity during prize redemption. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of the Organizer. The name and identification number must be the same as that of in the entry submitted. 2. The Organizer has the right to verify the validity of any entry and reserves the right to disqualify any participant for tampering with the entry process, submitting an entry not in accordance with these terms and conditions, duplicate or invalid entries, or if the participant is engaged in unlawful conduct that jeopardizes the fair and proper conduct of the Contest. The Organizer reserves the right at its absolute discretion to review and vary the selection of winners contained herein at any time without prior notice. 3. The Organizer reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with items of similar value. Prizes are not transferable or not exchangeable for cash. 4. The Organizer reserves the rights to use the names and photographs of the winners for advertising, publicity and marketing communication purposes without compensation or prior notice. 5. The participants hereby consent and authorize the Organizer to collect, process and keep the participants' personal details and to disclose them to the related parties who are involved in organizing the contest and this shall constitute the consent required under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010. 6. The judges decision is final. No correspondences thereafter relating to the Contest will be entertained. Miscellaneous 1. All ancillary costs associated with the receipt, installation or use of the prizes, whether direct or indirect, including but not limited to charges, expenses, taxes, transportation costs, installation costs, meals, insurance, visa, etc., are fully the sole responsibility of the participants.
Terma dan Syarat Kelayakan 1. Peraturan-peraturan ini berkuat kuasa atas Peraduan Menang Perabot Idaman daripada IKEA ( Peraduan ). Dengan menyertai Peraduan ini, anda bersetuju untuk terikat kepada peraturan-peraturan ini. 2. Peraduan ini dianjurkan oleh Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. ( Penganjur ). Peraduan ini terbuka kepada semua warganegara Malaysia yang berumur 18 tahun ke atas dengan No. KP yang sah kecuali kakitangan TF Value-Mart Sdn. Bhd., Penganjur termasuk ahli keluarga Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. (CESB), Malaysia Milk Sdn. Bhd. (MMSB), pengedar, agensi pengiklanan dan syarikat promosi jualan serta ahli keluarga terdekat mereka. Tempoh Peraduan 1. Peraduan ini akan bermula dari 1 November 2017 hingga 31 Disember 2017. 2. Sebarang penyertaan yang diterima selepas Tarikh Tutup akan dibatalkan. 3. Penganjur tidak bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kesilapan, kehilangan, kelewatan atau masalah teknikal lain yang mungkin timbul dalam tempoh Peraduaan. Mekanisme Peraduan 1. Peserta mesti membeli produk VITAGEN dan/atau MARIGOLD yang turut serta bernilai minimum RM15 & ke atas dalam satu resit pembelian untuk sebarang saiz pek dan aneka perisa seperti berikut: VITAGEN, Susu Lemak Rendah MARIGOLD HL, MARIGOLD Peel Fresh, Minuman Yogurt 0% Lemak MARIGOLD, Yogurt Lemak Rendah MARIGOLD, Yogurt 0% Lemak MARIGOLD, Jeli Buah MARIGOLD dan Puding Susu MARIGOLD. 2. Jawab soalan dengan betul dan lengkapkan butiran diri dan hantarkan penyertaan melalui salah satu cara berikut: a. Peti Borang Penyertaan Lengkapkan borang penyertaan dan lampirkan resit pembelian asal. Masukkan borang penyertaan ke dalam Peti Borang Penyertaan yang disediakan di TF Value- Mart. b. Pos Biasa Kirimkan borang penyertaan dan resit pembelian asal dengan setem yang mencukupi ke alamat yang ditetapkan seperti berikut: Peraduan Menang Perabot Idaman daripada IKEA Cotra Enterprises Sdn. Bhd. (95503-T) P.O Box No. 1026, Jalan Semangat, 46860 Petaling Jaya, Selangor. 3. Setiap borang penyertaan mesti diisikan dengan butiran diri yang lengkap dan berserta dengan resit pembelian asal, diikuti oleh jawapan yang betul untuk soalan berikut: Anda dikehendaki membeli produk VITAGEN dan/atau MARIGOLD yang turut serta bernilai minimum RM15 & ke atas untuk menyertai peraduan ini. 4. Penyertaan hanya dianggap sah apabila ia diserahkan bersama bukti pembelian asal. Peserta mesti melampirkan resit pembelian asal untuk penghantaran borang penyertaan melalui Peti Borang Penyertaan yang disediakan atau melalui Pos Biasa. 5. Peserta boleh menghantarkan seberapa banyak penyertaan tetapi setiap penyertaan mesti disertakan dengan resit pembelian asal bernilai minimum RM15 & ke atas sebagai bukti pembelian produk VITAGEN dan/atau MARIGOLD yang turut serta di TF Value-Mart di seluruh Malaysia. 6. Satu resit pembelian sah untuk satu penyertaan sahaja.
Penghantaran Penyertaan Melalui Peti Borang Penyertaan / Pos Biasa 1. Penganjur TIDAK AKAN bertanggungjawab atas sebarang penghantaran penyertaan ke saluran yang salah atau kehilangan borang penyertaan/resit pembelian asal semasa/selepas penghantaran melalui Peti Borang Penyertaan atau Pos Biasa. 2. Penganjur TIDAK AKAN bertanggungjawab atas sebarang kelewatan menerima borang penyertaan selepas Tarikh Tutup yang dihantarkan melalui Pos Biasa. 3. Semua maklumat, terma dan syarat Peraduan boleh diperolehi dalam borang penyertaan, www.vitagen.com.my atau www.marigold.com.my 4. Peserta mesti menghantarkan setiap penyertaan melalui Peti Borang Penyertaan atau Pos Biasa. Sebarang penghantaran yang dibuat melalui pengantara lain tidak akan dianggap sah. 5. Masa penghantaran penyertaan oleh peserta tidak menandakan masa penerimaan oleh Penganjur. 6. Jika peserta dicaj bayaran untuk membeli setem atau caj lain-lain. Penganjur tidak akan membayar balik kepada peserta caj yang dikenakan termasuk Cukai Barang dan Perkhidmatan (GST), jika ada. Bahasa Peraduan 1. Semua penyertaan mesti dibuat dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan/atau Bahasa Malaysia. Penyertaan dalam bahasa lain akan hilang kelayakan secara automatik. 2. Jika terdapat sebarang terma dan syarat yang tidak konsisten dan/atau kelainan antara versi Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia, maka versi Bahasa Inggeris akan digunakan. Peserta amat dinasihatkan supaya melayari laman web Penganjur dari masa ke masa untuk memastikan mereka menyedari sebarang perkembangan dan perubahan yang dibuat. Hadiah dan Proses Pemilihan Pemenang 1. Hadiah-hadiah untuk dimenangi seperti berikut: Hadiah Utama x 1: Sofa Empat Tempat Duduk & Chaise Longue SODERHAMN bernilai RM4,000. Hadiah Pertama x 2: Rangka Katil Kombo & Kerusi IKEA bernilai RM2,500. Hadiah Kedua x 5: Meja Dengan Unit Para & Kerusi IKEA bernilai RM500. Hadiah Ketiga x 10: Kombinasi Storan IKEA bernilai RM250. Hadiah Sagu Hati x 25: Set Pinggan Mangkuk IKEA bernilai RM100. 2. Setiap penyertaan yang layak dengan jawapan yang betul akan diberikan satu peluang. Pada penghujung tempoh Peraduan, 43 pemenang akan dipilih daripada semua penyertaan Peraduan yang layak dan diterima dalam tempoh Peraduan melalui pemilihan rawak berkomputer. 3. Nama pertama (1) yang dipilih akan dianugerahkan Hadiah Utama. Nama kedua hingga tiga (2 hingga 3) yang dipilih akan dianugerahkan Hadiah Pertama. Nama keempat hingga lapan (4 hingga 8) yang dipilih akan dianugerahkan Hadiah Kedua. Nama kesembilan hingga lapan belas (9 hingga 18) yang dipilih akan dianugerahkan Hadiah Ketiga. Nama kesembilan belas hingga empat puluh tiga (19 hingga 43) yang dipilih akan dianugerahkan Hadiah Sagu Hati. 4. Gambar hadiah adalah untuk ilustrasi sahaja. 5. Setiap peserta hanya layak memenangi satu (1) hadiah sahaja sepanjang tempoh Peraduan ini. 6. Penganjur tidak akan dipertanggungjawabkan atas sebarang kehilangan hadiah akibat sebarang maklumat yang tidak betul yang diberikan oleh pemenang.
7. Penyertaan yang tidak lengkap (tiada nama penuh/no. KP/jawapan atau tiada lampiran resit pembelian asal) tidak akan dipertimbangkan untuk memenangi hadiah. Pengumuman Pemenang dan Penghantaran Hadiah 1. Semua pemenang akan menerima pemberitahuan melalui surat/telefon dan senarai pemenang akan diumumkan di laman web [www.vitagen.com.my dan www.marigold.com.my] pada 22 Januari 2018. 2. Semua hadiah mesti dituntut dalam tempoh satu (1) bulan dari tarikh pemberitahuan. Semua hadiah yang gagal dituntut dalam tempoh tersebut akan dibatalkan. 3. Untuk maklumat mengenai pengambilan hadiah-hadiah, Penganjur akan menghubungi dan memaklumkan para pemenang mengenai tarikh penghantaran hadiah ke rumah masing-masing. Hak Penganjur 1. Penganjur berhak meminta pemenang untuk mengemukakan bukti identiti pada waktu pengambilan hadiah. Bukti identiti yang dianggap sesuai untuk pengesahan adalah tertakluk pada budi bicara Penganjur. Nama dan nombor identiti mesti sepadan seperti yang dikemukakan dalam penyertaan. 2. Penganjur berhak mengesahkan kesahihan mana-mana penyertaan dan berhak melucutkan kelayakan mana-mana peserta yang mengubah proses penyertaan, menghantar penyertaan yang tidak menurut terma dan syarat, penyertaan berulang atau tidak sah, atau jika peserta terlibat dalam kegiatan yang menyalahi undangundang dan menjejaskan pengendalian peraduan yang adil dan betul. Penganjur berhak atas budi bicara mutlaknya untuk menyemak dan mengubah proses pemilihan pemenang hadiah yang terkandung di sini pada bila-bila masa tanpa memberi notis terlebih dahulu. 3. Penganjur berhak menggantikan sebarang hadiah dengan sebarang item yang lebih kurang sama nilainya. Semua hadiah tidak boleh ditukar milik atau diganti dengan wang tunai. 4. Penganjur berhak menggunakan nama dan/atau foto para pemenang bagi tujuan pengiklanan, publisiti dan komunikasi pemasaran tanpa memberi sebarang pampasan atau pemberitahuan. 5. Para peserta dengan ini memberi persetujuan dan keizinan kepada Penganjur untuk mengumpul, memproses dan menyimpan butiran peribadi peserta dan mendedahkannya kepada pihak yang mengendalikan peraduan ini dan ini membentuk kebenaran yang diwajibkan di bawah Akta Perlindungan Data Peribadi 2010. 6. Keputusan pengadil adalah muktamad. Sebarang surat-menyurat berhubung dengan Peraduan ini tidak akan dilayani. Lain-lain 1. Semua kos sampingan yang dikaitkan dengan penerimaan, pemasangan atau penggunaan hadiah, sama ada secara langsung atau tidak langsung, termasuk tetapi tidak terhad kepada caj, perbelanjaan, cukai, kos pengangkutan, kos pemasangan, makanan, insurans, visa dan lain-lain lagi, adalah tanggungjawab peserta sepenuhnya.
