Overseas Investments Due to our ever expanding network abroad we are able to offer property developments with established property developers and through collaboration with selected agents. Solar Farm Investments in Sub Saharan Africa Through our sister company Zenith Guild Nigeria Ltd and its renewable subsidiary Brightstar solar we are building solar farms in the sub-saharan region of Africa with established technical partners that have developed and operated similar projects across the world. We welcome investors to enter joint ventures with us in the development of these projects, starting off with projects in Nigeria, our company wishes to expand in providing electricity generation to ever demanding economies. There is both a proven need for electricity provision coupled with a favourable government policy towards renewable energy initiatives. The type of projects that we implement are grid tied projects, Distributed Energy System /Mini Grid (Rural Electrification) - systems or embedded systems.
