Structural Funds Outline Assessment ESIF-Form-X-XXX The Outline Assessment must be completed by the Managing Authority (MA) based exclusively on the Outline Application (including any appendices). This will be undertaken via the IT system. The MA will first undertake a gateway assessment and only if this is satisfactorily met will they proceed to undertake the core assessment. The report will be available to the LEP Area ESIF Committee regardless as to whether or not the proposal has met or failed the gateway.
