Information and applications for the scholarships may be available in the College-Career Information Center and in most cases can also be found on the internet. This publication lists opportunities where notification has been sent to the high school. Students should also plan to research websites and scholarship search engines. Scholarship Transcript Northwest High School Checklist Transcript requests for scholarships are made to our Registrar s Office (before school, during lunch or after school). Students must have a Scholarship Processing Form with parent signature on file with our Registrar s Office for any transcript release. Download the form from the College Career Scholarships & Financial Aid web page. Complete the form, making sure to include the name and address of the scholarship, and completing all required columns.
