BeInSp!red City Talk 2017: Future Learning The purpose of the event on Thursday, 04 May 2017, was to provoke, and according to the buzz at the event and feedback following, it was a great success! Starting with the Key Note by Roger Spindler, which included everyone (80+ guests) participating in a marshmallow challenge, and followed by an interactive panel discussion, the evening inspired thoughts, discussions, and hopefully, ultimately personal actions for the betterment of future learning.

Panel Members Roger Spindler - renowned futurist & speaker of the Zukunftsinstitut "Learning environment of the future - education in change" Roger Spindler is Head of the HF TSM Higher Technical College for Media Management and Media Management (visual communication) at the Bern and Biel School of Design. His presentation provides answers to some of the most important questions about the new digital challenges. He is a founding member and freelancer at Radio Bern FM 95.6, the Kulturradio. He deals with the questions about the Megatrend education and the changes in the media world - that is also the topic of his lectures. As head of the HF course Media Economics and Media Management he works intensively with decision-makers in the classical, digital and electronic Swiss media. Together with students and specialists, he regularly develops new strategies and educational programs for the media industry. Felix Mueller Managing Director, Henley Business School The Future of Learning Lessons from Neuroscience: what makes us learn Felix Müller has more than 20 years of leadership experience in international organisations and holds a business degree of the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland, an MBA of Duke University in the US and he completed psychology-based studies at the Henley Business School in the UK leading to the MSc Coaching & Behavioural Change. His research and teaching focuses on the role of reflection and awareness in allowing people to live their lives with passion and performance. He is also an Executive Coach.
Dr. Laura Marsi - Global Head of HR & Organizational Change, Allianz Technology SE Dr. Laura Marsi moved to Germany with Allianz SE. Starting with with RAS SpA (Allianz Entity) in Italy he has been holding several positions within Accounting Management and HR Management with engagements in several countries like Spain, Germany, Netherlands, Hungary and Switzerland. Dr. Marsi speaks four languages and now has over 26 years experience with the Allianz Group. Today she is responsible for the position as Global HR responsibility and leadership for Allianz Technology (7.500 employees worldwide) and for the company change management strategy and execution. Dr. phil. Petra Hölscher Curator of the Neue Sammlung - The Design Museum in the Pinakothek der Moderne Dr. Petra Hölscher initially worked at the State Art Collections in Dresden and the State Department for Bavaria s castles, parks and lakes. In November 2002 she assumed her current position as a curator at Die Neue Sammlung The Design Museum. In this position she did and still does exhibitions about international Industrial Design and studio jewelry and she has written and co-authored numerous articles and books. Since 2005 she is ginving lectures on design history at the Ludwig-Maximilians- University Munich; and between 2009 2011 she was also asked by the Georg-Simon-Ohm-Hochschule in Nuremberg to teach. Dr. Hölscher will be presenting her point of view of digitalization on the teaching and learning at the university as well as on the art and design area of a state museum in the contextof analogy versus digitization of art and design.
