Instructions for deliverables The templates for all the deliverables will be available on EMS. You will have to download the documents, fill them and upload them: Deliverables B, C, D : 23 December 2015 at 17h00 (CET) Deliverable A : 31 December 2015 at 12h00 (CET) Language: Any deliverable required by this sub-grant agreement shall be in English. Documentation formats: Any document requested in any of the phases must be submitted electronically in PDF format without restrictions for printing. 19

6.SML 1 PROJECT REVIEW 30

SML 1 Project review Participants are required to present their projects in Bilbao for the evaluation of SML 1 Flights and hotel will be at your expenses (suggestions on accommodation options will be provided in a timely manner) Each Project will have 10 minutes for presenting the prototype and the content of the rest of deliverables. Presentation will be followed by a 5 minutes Q&A round. Workshops will be organised during the two days of evaluation Business meetings and Networking sessions with other FABulous projects, industrial partners and investors shall also be offered to participants 31

AGENDA - SML 1 Project review Participants presence is recommended from the 11 January (depending of your preparation day) to the 13 January 2016. Monday 11 January 2016 17h00-19h00: Preparation day, demo check at the evaluation center for Group A. Tuesday 12 January 2016 Evaluation day 1: participants will present their prototype and deliverables to the evaluation panel in 10 minutes plus 5 minutes of Q&A. Preparation/installation of project Demos at the evaluation center for Group B. Workshops, business meetings and networking time all day. 21h00: Networking dinner. 32

Demo Check Projects must submit their presentation material (via EMS) before 4 January 2015 (12h00 CET). No modifications of the submitted material will be allowed after the deadline. The FABulous team will not install any application, DB, library or similar. Submitted materials will be saved in the presentation laptop and made available to the project during their demo. If you need specific installations we recommend you to use your own laptop/equipment at the review. In this case, you can also use it to make the whole presentation and no Demo check will be then required. In any case, it s the responsibility of each project to check during the assigned Demo check slot (either with the laptop assigned or with your own one) that everything (including the prototype) works correctly at the review venue. 35
