Central course aspects will be how to setup, customize and use CONNECT but also an intensive experience exchange with the instructors as well as insights to the principles of goal-directed perfusion. Goal-Directed Perfusion is a new perfusion therapy with the goal to improve patient outcomes by adapting perfusion to patients individual metabolic needs. 1) REGISTRATION PROCEDURE The following procedure must be followed to register surgeons to the workshop: a) Registered surgeon(s) must always be accompanied by a LivaNova representative of their country. b) Fill out the Registration Request Form enclosed hereafter with all relevant information for a successful workshop experience, and email it to cristina.schiavi@livanova.com 2) CANCELLATION PROCEDURE In the event of cancellation, the LivaNova Representative must inform us as soon as possible.
