Manual Entry vs. Automatization A one year period was selected to compare system reliability (1/1/2014 to 12/31/2014). Comparative analysis was performed to evaluate the level of agreement between manually collected data and electronic extraction.

Identifying the Cause Detailed analysis of a sub-sample (7/1/2014 to 7/31/2014) Discrepancies between manually identified records and the standard mostly attributed to underreported emergency procedures and minor office interventions. Discrepancies between automatically identified records and the standard attributed to coding deficiencies and integration mechanisms. Data content agreement was close to 100%
