If information is provided in another language, it shall be accompanied by a translation of its pertinent parts into ENGLISH. This translation will govern and be used for interpreting the information. 9.4 The cost incurred by the contractor for this offer for clarification or attending discussion, conference or site visits will not be reimbursed by the Employer of Engineer-in-charge. 9.5 The application shall be submitted through online with following documents.
