Project History Mandate To undertake the review of the National Physical Development Plan (NPDP) and produce a Sustainable Island Resource Management Zoning Plan (SIRMZP) Primary Objectives of the Plan To provide technical assistance to the Core Zoning Planning Committee in the preparation of a SIRMZP To integrate the SIRMZP into a revised and updated National Physical Development Plan (NPDP) that can be submitted to the Government of Antigua and Barbuda for adoption and implementation

Project History Primary Plan Objectives Comprehensive review of the NPDP Review of existing policies to eliminate unsustainable land practices Development of a land use zoning mechanism Initiation of policies, programmes, and projects Adaptation and implementation of a Participatory Planning Approach Elaboration of a land use development plan
