Payment Details Cost: $2,100 + group airfare (airfare = $500-900/person) Estimated entire trip cost (maximum) = $3,000 All-inclusive: All lodging, meals, in-country transportation (land and water), service materials, excursions, entrance fees, licensed guides, gear, guest speakers, emergency medical and evacuation travel insurance. Belize Travel Requirements Passport Get one if you don t have one already. Post office (770 S 13th St) If you have it already, check expiration date! Children s passports expire after 5 years, adults are 10 years. 6 month window Immunizations: Hepatitis A Hepatitis B Tetanus Typhoid Notarized Letter: When children are not traveling with both parents, immigration officials often request signed documentation to establish the children are traveling with the permission of both parents. Such documentation may include notarized letters from the parent(s), custody or adoption papers, and death certificates in situations where one or both parents are deceased.
Safety Adult: Student Oversight Ratio Risk Management o GSP has invested in the quality of its risk management practices by participating in Risk Management Training offered by the National Outdoor Leadership School (NOLS). As a result of this training, while NOLS doesn t endorse or certify our practices, GSP is further enhancing its risk management strategy. We have invested time and resources in these practices because the health and well being of our participants is one of our highest priorities.
