Reimburse pplicble TA/ DA to DEOs/ DEEOs/ Principls/Techers/ BRPs to ttend workshops nd meeting. Avoid trnsfers of the selected prticipnts during the next 5 yers s fr s possible for better functioning of the progrm. This is necessry to ensure tht substntil chnge is creted. Constitute committee under the chirmnship of the Stte Project Director, SSA nd RMSA to conduct nnul review of the progrm. The committee will be chired by Stte Project Director, HSSPP or representtive uthorized by him/her nd will consist of HSSPP nd KEF representtives. Allow KEF to introduce innovtive tools, technologr nd crete cse-studies for effective implementtion of the MoU. Allow KEF to prepre videos of clssroom providing better feedbck support to techers. Design cpcity building progrm for DEOs, DEEOs, Principls, techers nd BRPs of HSSPP. 3. KEF will provide inputs to Principls nd BRPs for period of 5 yers nd for 4 yers for techers. 4. KEF will provide 3 dys trining/r,vorkshop for 21 DEOs nd 21 DEEOS. 5. Recruit, induct nd deploy humn resource for trining nd support of the SLDP implementtion. 6. Build cpcity of Principls, selected techers nd BRPs through workshops, onsite support nd other innovtive wys' T. Rise funds for the progrm from Indin nd Interntiorrl CSR, funding gency nd philnthropist to ber the cost of KtrF. 8. Communicte regulrly with key officils of HSSPP to shre chievement, chllenges nd wy forwrd to tke better decision. g. Conduct third prty ssessment nd persue results for nnul review. 10. Termintion of MOU In the event tht the performnce of 'KEF' in the HSSPP is not found stisfctory nd if there is ny violtion of terrns nd conditions of this MOU by KEF, the HSSPP will notify 'KEF' in writing of such poor performnce, nd in cse "KEF" fils to improve its performnce, the HSSPP my terminte this MOU by giving 1 (one) month notice in writing.
