The key objective of SLDp is to improve lertti"g outcome through ledership development of the principls (herein fter referred s Principls), selected techers from these schoois (hereinfter referred s techer) nd the ssocited Block Resource Persons (hereinfter BRPs & ABRCs). B. professionl Development of District Eduction Officers {DEOs nd DEEOsf for period of five yers (August 2016 to July 2O2I) to build the cpcity to entle them to become effective nd efficient leders. This progrm will be reviewed on yerly bsis by HSSPP. A. Elements of the SLDP re outlined s under: t. Key res of SLDP: The SLDP will focus in the following key res:. Developing the ledership cpbilities of Principls. Developing the skills of techers to trnsform their schools into model schools. Enbling the Eduction Officers to provide support to Principls nd Techers. Developing nd strengthening effective school development pln z. progrm inputi: The SLDP will provide coherent nd complementry inputs to pririipls, the selected Techer nd the ssocited BRPs & ABRCs in the bove mentioned res.. principl Ledership Development Progrm: PLDP ims to develop the cpciiies of minimum 100 Principls to trnsform them into competent school leders. PLDP shll conduct: 12 dys' workshop per yer 12 dys of on-site support per yer provided to ech school. Seif Lerning Mterils b. Techer Ledership Progrm: TLP will select techers from 1O0 schools in Hryn to be trined nd coched on pedgogr, subject-disciplines, instructionl prctices, key res of ledership to trnsform their schools into model schools. 3. Student Lerning Assessment: A third prty would conduct bse line nd end line ssessment of the children of different Govt. schools in the Stte of Hryn. The results will be used to ssess the impct of the progrm nd will be integrted for improved plnning. The internl nd externl ssessment cn be conducted bsed on need. B. Elements of the professionl Development of District Eduction Officers (DEOs & DEEOsf re outlined s under:. perspective Building Workshops: 3 dys of trining/workshop will be orgniz6d, for 42 educti,on dministrtors (21 DEOs nd 21 DEEOs) by the KEF. Reimburse pplicble TA/ DA to DEOs/ DEEOs/ Principls/Techers/ BRPs to ttend workshops nd meeting. Avoid trnsfers of the selected prticipnts during the next 5 yers s fr s possible for better functioning of the progrm. This is necessry to ensure tht substntil chnge is creted. Constitute committee under the chirmnship of the Stte Project Director, SSA nd RMSA to conduct nnul review of the progrm. The committee will be chired by Stte Project Director, HSSPP or representtive uthorized by him/her nd will consist of HSSPP nd KEF representtives. Allow KEF to introduce innovtive tools, technologr nd crete cse-studies for effective implementtion of the MoU. Allow KEF to prepre videos of clssroom providing better feedbck support to techers. Design cpcity building progrm for DEOs, DEEOs, Principls, techers nd BRPs of HSSPP. 3. KEF will provide inputs to Principls nd BRPs for period of 5 yers nd for 4 yers for techers. 4. KEF will provide 3 dys trining/r,vorkshop for 21 DEOs nd 21 DEEOS. 5. Recruit, induct nd deploy humn resource for trining nd support of the SLDP implementtion. 6. Build cpcity of Principls, selected techers nd BRPs through workshops, onsite support nd other innovtive wys' T. Rise funds for the progrm from Indin nd Interntiorrl CSR, funding gency nd philnthropist to ber the cost of KtrF. 8. Communicte regulrly with key officils of HSSPP to shre chievement, chllenges nd wy forwrd to tke better decision. g. Conduct third prty ssessment nd persue results for nnul review. 10.
