CAESARS FOUNDATION 2015

Caesars Foundation changes lives every day in communities large and small WHERE THERE IS A WILL THERE ARE WONDERS Through its ongoing Will to do Wonders, Caesars Foundation changes lives every day in communities large and small across the U.S. and around the world. The Foundation supports organizations that help older individuals live longer, healthier, more fulfilling lives throughout the aging process. We are also committed to marshaling our financial resources, and the volunteerism of our colleagues at Caesars Entertainment Corporation and its related group of companies (the Caesars group ), to promote a more sustainable world. Caesars Foundation also works with community organizations to provide innovative educational opportunities, particularly for underserved populations. In 2015, Second Wind Dreams and Caesars Foundation spread the love during the month of February to more than 200 older individuals in Atlantic City and Las Vegas, including Connie, pictured here. Finally, the Foundation is committed to addressing the unique needs of the communities where the Caesars Entertainment group operates, and works closely with local casino properties to ensure the most vital needs are being addressed. GIVING WITH A GOAL Helping Older Individuals Live Fulfilling Lives Caesars Foundation targets three charitable areas through its philanthropic efforts: HELPING OLDER INDIVIDUALS LIVE LONGER, HEALTHIER, MORE FULFILLING LIVES The Foundation s chief focus includes providing valuable support around the world to nonprofit advocacy and service-delivery organizations working to improve the lives of older individuals. This includes giving gifts that support groups and programs that help seniors live independenly, maintain a healthy and nutritious lifestyle, avoid social isolation, and enjoy mental and physical vitality throughout their lives. MULTI-PRONG APPROACH INVESTING OUR RESOURCES WHERE THEY CAN MAKE A WORLD OF DIFFERENCE Caesars Foundation s top priority is directing its financial giving to select programs and organizations that effectively further its overarching goals: Helping older individuals live longer, healthier, more fulfilling lives; promoting a more sustainable world; and improving the quality of life in the communities where the Caesars group operates. SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS THROUGH THE LONG-TERM The Foundation believes that often a single grant or one-time donation isn t enough. To address complex, prevalent issues such as hunger, poverty and chronic disease, the Foundation works to establish multi-year relationships with organizations. Just a few organizations that receive ongoing support from Caesars Foundation include: Meals on Wheels America, Clean the World and Second Wind Dreams. This long-term approach provides a lasting impact on both the philanthropic organizations and their constituents. The Foundation works to establish multi-year relationships with organizations ENCOURAGING VOLUNTEERISM FOR DIRECT IMPACT Caesars Entertainment group employees demonstrate tremendous drive and enthusiasm for supporting recipients of Caesars Foundation gifts, especially those that align with their own passions. Contributing thousands of volunteer hours, these employees demonstrate a heartfelt commitment to improving the standard of living for friends and neighbors in their own communities. CAESARS FOUNDATION 4

Caesars Foundation strives to develop relationships with nonprofits and civic engagement groups A CORPORATE COMMITMENT Caesars Foundation is just one aspect of corporate social responsibility for Caesars Entertainment and its group of companies, which operate under the guidance of a Code of Commitment, a public pledge to employees, communities and guests that Caesars will honor their trust by operating in a responsible manner. VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES Caesars Foundation strives to develop relationships with nonprofits and civic engagement groups that provide opportunities for Caesars group employee volunteers, or HEROs, to get involved. This allows employees to enjoy hands-on, personal involvement in the Foundation s philanthropic efforts. Caesars Foundation understands that volunteer involvement is often just as important as financial support for recipient organizations. BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS Dream Fulfillment by Second Wind Dreams for Helen, a pilot in WWII, whose dream to fly a plane again was made possible by support from Caesars Foundation. In an effort to highlight and reward volunteerism, Caesars Foundation encourages recipient organizations to provide volunteer opportunities for Caesars group team members. These efforts inspire employees and provide recognition of their generous support for these organizations. CAESARS FOUNDATION 5
