Mr. Feinberg moved, seconded by Mr. Flaisher, to approve the official minutes from the June 1, 2017 Regular Public Board Meeting.

BUDGET TRANSFERS DISBURSEMENTS BOARD POLICY SCHEDULE OF BOARD MEETINGS FOOD SERVICES NEW BOARD MEMBER Mr. Flaisher moved, seconded by Mr. Hopkins, to approve Budget Transfers in the amount of $53,146.87. Roll Call vote in favor: 7 aye, 0 nay. Mr. Feinberg moved, seconded by Mr. Gray, to ratify disbursements totaling $2,194,230.09 for general fund expenditures. Mr. Feinberg moved, seconded by Dr. Allen-Stuck, to approve ACH payments totaling $4,115,784.46 and authorize proper officers of the Board to pay these bills from the General Fund Account. Mr. Feinberg moved, seconded by Mr. Bilotta, to approve bills presented on Check Register (checks #117918 - #118086) dated June 16, 2017 totaling $500,406.29 and authorize proper officers of the Board to pay these bills from the General Fund Account. Dr. Allen-Stuck moved, seconded by Dr. Goldschmidt, to approve and adopt the following Board Policy: Board Policy #246 School Wellness Dr. Allen-Stuck moved, seconded by Mr. Flaisher, to approve the revised schedule of Regular Monthly Public Meetings of the Board of School Directors for the 2017-2018 school year and authorize proper officers of the Board to advertise said schedule. Dr. Goldschmidt moved, seconded by Mr. Bilotta, to: a. Ratify disbursements from the Food Service Fund totaling $158,995.57. b. Approve Bill List (checks #2437 - #2459) totaling $64,549.33 for June 2017. Nominations to fill a vacancy on the Board of School Directors were opened by Mr. Gray: School District of Haverford Township Board of Directors 3

Dr. Allen-Stuck nominated Ms. Coleen Bennett, seconded by Mr. Bilotta Mr. Flaisher nominated Ms. Katherine G. Thompson. Mr. Hopkins moved, seconded by Mr. Feinberg to close nominations. Ms. Coleen Bennett was elected by a vote of 7 to 0. School District of Haverford Township Board of Directors 4

4 - Mr. Feinberg moved, seconded by Dr. Allen-Stuck., to approve the following leaves of absence: a - Approve a request for a Family and Medical Leave Act and child-rearing leave of absence for the following employees, subject to receipt of required documentation: Susan Barber, Middle School Family and Consumer Science teacher, effective October 2, 2017 through December 22, 2017. She will use accumulated leave as necessary and available. Cara Fitzpatrick, Chatham Park School Grade 2 teacher, effective May 23, 2017 through September 29, 2017. She will use accumulated leave as necessary and available. 5- Mr. Flaisher moved, seconded by Mr. Feinberg, to approve the 2017 summer school personnel and salaries as listed in Appendix A. 6 - Mr. Feinberg moved, seconded by Mr. Gray, to approve the revised list of graduates for the Class of 2017 as listed in Appendix B. 7 - Mr. Feinberg moved, seconded by Dr. Allen-Stuck, to approve the miscellaneous salary and rates for the 2017-18 school year as listed in Appendix C.
