Tentative goals Collect and disseminate general and industry specific information on the problems, needs and possibilities of work in the Arctic On the point of view of OHS. By using electronic newsletter based on the experiences with Barents Newsletter on OHS Develop Arctic work and hence well-being, motivation and productivity. Help to increase the lenght of the career. Support the sustainability of environment, work and workers. Launch joint research projects, education and development. Background for spin-offs. Activate, promote and synchronize multidisciplinary research and development internationally and between research organizations and companies. Facilitate the collaborative use of national research infrastructures. Support the training and mobility of OHS specialists in the Arctic.
