Private placement Frankfurt Stock Exchange Mars One Ventures AG, the commercial arm of Mars One, has been listed at the Frankfurt Stock Exchange since December 2016. The shares are currently not trading, because the new shares that were issued in December 2016 need to be admitted to trading. Use of funds The investment we are currently raising will be used to bridge the gap between today and when the shares resume trading. This requires, amongst other things, an updated prospectus for Mars One Ventures AG. Work on the prospectus has already started. Mars One Foundation will restart the astronaut selection program and open up a new round of Mars settler applications to get back in the spotlight.
