Neighborhood Insert Partnership Heading Here Program (NPP) Part of DCED Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP) Supports affordable housing, real estate development, social services, crime prevention, education, workforce development, and other community revitalization efforts. 80% tax credit for contributions to qualifying non-profits. Required 6 year commitment, minimum $50,000 annual donation; communities can receive up to $500,000 per year. Net cost to contributing business is only 7-13 cents on the dollar. Partnering non-profits must submit a Neighborhood Partnership plan to DCED.
