At present there is one office within the Federation. The office is capable of providing full Quantity Surveying and partial Project Management Services together with other ancillary cost consultancy services, which may be requested. The office operates autonomously. However, a close back up service exists on a world wide basis and particularly from our London Office, should the need arise to draw upon the experience and local knowledge of construction methods etc. from other parts of the world. Tillyard Nigeria is incorporated under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990, Certificate No. RC 393297, issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria. Tillyard Nigeria is registered with The Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and is registered to practice with the Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria. Measurement of final account on completion of construction including negotiation and settlement with Contractors and Sub Contractors.
