Linc Service 2015 Network of Champions Sales Program Official Rules No Purchase Necessary. Void Where Prohibited By Law. Program Period The 2015 Network of Champions Sales Program (the Program ) will run for the four consecutive quarters beginning the calendar year January 1, 2015 and ending on December 31, 2015 (the Program Period). Eligibility The Program is open to any sales professional of an active Linc Service Contractor LSC ) who has a sales plan as of the date of entry and throughout the Program period. The entrant must be on plan and employed by the LSC under which they have registered, which is in good standing, including but not limited to, payment of any outstanding invoices, at the time prizes are awarded in order to be eligible to receive prizes. Team entrants consist of all entrants from a LSC, with a minimum of two (2) entrants required to be considered a Team. To Enter Registration Fee Must be Submitted by April 3, 2015 The General Manager or Sales Manager must approve the entrant(s)and submit the required $50.00 registration fee (US Dollars) per entrant. Registration fees must be submitted by April 3, 2015. All required Linc sales recognition forms (S-099 & S-100) must be submitted prior to deadlines to be eligible for the Program. The Linc booking forms are required as a means to determine what was actually sold. In the event no Linc booking logs are received, then Linc assumes the LSC s sales professionals have not sold anything that quarter. Additionally Only Linc sales generated during the In order for an entrant to be eligible for any prizes, reports must be received by the quarterly deadline. It is the sole responsibility of the Sales Manager/General Manager of the LSC to comply with the Linc Sales Recognition Forms and deadlines. All submitted registration and sales forms must be signed by a Manager. The Earned Maintenance Booking Log (S-099) and the Earned Project Booking Log (S- 100) will be used for verification of all winners along with any other material requested by the Program Administrator. Prizes are only eligible to Maintenance Sales, Project Sales, and Combined Sales registrants, not General Managers, Sales Managers, or Service Managers. If during the Program Period, a participant becomes a General Manager, Sales Manager, or Service Manager, the participant is disqualified from winning any additional prizes. Page 4
Eligible bookings will include Linc Service Maintenance Agreements; Project Agreements; or combination of both. All sales must be priced using standard Linc Pricing and Standard Multipliers as per the LSC s Pricing Table 1 and 1A. All bookings must be weighted as documented in the Linc Confidential Operating Manual (COM) Section 5, Title 51. All bookings must be submitted in the quarter booked not when incentive is earned! Only sales made from January 1, 2015 through December 31, 2015 are eligible. Quarterly Booking Logs (S-099 & S-100) must be received by the Quarterly Deadline (Typically the 5 th of April; July; October; January; following the start of the Program Period) or they will not be used to determine the Quarterly winner. Winners total sales will be based upon the total of their respective bookings submitted and weighted in accordance with the Linc Confidential Operating Manuals (COMs). Winner Determinations One Quarterly Winner will be selected in each of the four (4) categories from among all registered and qualified entrants based on weighted booking dollars and booked agreements. In the unlikely event of a tie for any award, the qualified entrant who submitted their paperwork first wins. Winners will be selected by the Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Program. Quarterly Winners will be notified on or about the 15 th of each successive ending quarterly month following the start of the Program Period. Cumulative Winners and Team Winners will be notified and presented at the Continuing Education Conference in 2016. All bookings are subject to verification and audit by the ABM Franchising Group or the Program Administrator before or after winners are announced. Team Award Eligibility for the Team Award includes those teams consisting of two or more sales professionals at one individual location. The winner is based upon the total dollar amount booked for the team divided by the number of team members during the Program Period, January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. In the event of a tie, the largest total number of maintenance agreements and project agreements (+$2500) booked during the Program Period by the total team members, will determine the winner. The winning team will be awarded a trophy at the 2016 Continuing Education Conference. Additionally, the Vice President of Sales or Director of Sales Training & Development will facilitate a Sales Meeting at the winner s location. Awards are not transferable and may not be used as payment for ABM Franchising Group invoices. Award substitutions or cash redemptions are not allowed. However, in the event Page 5
any prize award is not available due to circumstances beyond Sponsor s control, including acts of God, government regulation, acts of terrorism, disaster, fire, strikes, civil disorder, and/or curtailment of transportation facilities, making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to honor the award, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute an equal or better Award. Sponsor will issue a US Tax Form W-9 and subsequent Form 1099 to United States Citizens for the Grand Prize only. Winner cannot be a minor in his or her state or province of residence. All awards must be claimed by the Individual only and within the calendar year of 2015 or 2016. Winners must be current in his/her employment with the Linc Service Contractor. The Linc Service Contractor must be in good standing regarding all royalty invoices, paid to date prior to receipt of any Award. In the event the Winner leaves the Linc Service Contractor before or after the Prize(s) is awarded, it is the responsibility of the General Manager of the Linc Service Contractor to notify the Sponsor or Program Administrator at which time the Award will become null and void. General ABM Franchising Group reserves the right to evaluate all quarterly submissions; refuse to enroll any LSC in the Contest; discontinue any LSC s or entrant s participation in the Program; and refuse to award Team Prizes to winners employed by an LSC whose ABM Franchising Group invoices are past due. Prizes are limited to their availability, and the delivery of the prizes are the responsibility of the ABM Franchising Group. Quarterly results are linked to individual entrants and are not transferable in the event an entrant leaves the employment of the LSC under which he/she is registered. In this case, the results will be forfeited. By entering, sales professionals agree to: (1) release the Sponsor and Program Administrator, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotional agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, from all liability, indemnity, injuries, loss and/or damage of any kind arising from their participation in the Program and the acceptance, possession and use/misuse of any prize; and (2) agree to be bound by the Official Rules and website registration agreements and the decisions of the judge. By accepting an Award, each winner consents to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation in all media (except if winner is a resident of TN or where otherwise prohibited by law).
