We are very excited to bring you a full day of learning sessions and discussion groups designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence for successfully managing life with pulmonary hypertension. Whether you are new to the Canadian PHamily or have been to many PH conferences, we hope today serves as a reminder that you are never alone in your PH journey.
