Welcome to Symposium! Welcome PHriends! On behalf of PHA Canada s Board and staff, thank you for joining us for our first ever Eastern Regional Symposium! We are very excited to bring you a full day of learning sessions and discussion groups designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence for successfully managing life with pulmonary hypertension. Whether you are new to the Canadian PHamily or have been to many PH conferences, we hope today serves as a reminder that you are never alone in your PH journey. A strong and united PH community stands with you every step of the way. As PHA Canada gets ready to celebrate our 10 th Anniversary next year, we are as committed as ever to bringing the PH community together to improve the lives of all those affected by PH.
