Maximum of 20 units of products. Who Does the Essential Rewards 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Incentive apply for new wholesale Essential reward members? Does this 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Essential Rewards Incentive apply for current wholesale and Essential Reward members? This incentive can apply for all of Essential Reward members (provided the member places a consecutive minimum order of 100PV on the Essential Rewards program per month): New members: New members who join Young Living after the 1st of September 2015 who enrol/start on Essential Rewards in their very first order New members who join Young Living on the Essential Rewards program with 100PV or more between the dates of the 17th 28th of a month, who place their next Essential Rewards order with a minimum of a 100PV order by 16th date of the 2nd consecutive month from joining Young Living Existing members (Existing members means a wholesale member who joined Young Living before September 2015): Existing members who are already using Essential Rewards. To qualify, the existing member must have placed a 100PV Essential Rewards order in either September 2015 or October 2015 Existing members who have never previously used Essential Rewards, who enrol/start on Essential Rewards between 1st September 2015 31st October 2015 Existing members who have previously been on Essential Rewards, who have previously cancelled Essential Reward, who re-enrol/re-start in Essential Rewards between 1st September 2015 31st October 2015

Re-activating members who join Young Living on the Essential Rewards program who enroll/start on Essential Rewards in their very first re-joining order between the dates of the 17th 28th of a month, who place their next Essential Rewards order with a minimum of a 100PV order by 16th date of the 2nd consecutive month from joining Young Living Start Date For New members - When does the Essential Rewards 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Incentive Start? For a new members who start with a 100PV Essential Rewards order in their very first order, this Incentive is available for new members who join Young Living between the 1st September 2015 to 31st of August 2016. For Existing members - When does an existing member need to start with Essential Rewards 100PV orders to qualify for this Essential Rewards Incentive? Existing members need to start in either September 2015 or October 2015. Which month is a member s first month for this incentive? The month in which a member places a 100PV Essential Rewards order, the Essential Rewards Incentive starts from that month. For example: For members who place a 100PV Essential Rewards in September 2015, September is their 1st month for this Incentive. Can current Young Living members start this Essential Rewards Incentive in October 2015? If an existing member doesn t have a 100PV Essential Rewards order in September, does that mean they will miss out on this Essential Rewards Incentive?. An existing member can start this Incentive between September 1st 2015 October 31st 2015. If an existing member does NOT place a 100PV Essential Rewards order in September 2015 or October 2015 does that mean they will miss out on this Essential Rewards Incentive?. This incentive cannot be started after October 2015 for existing members. What happens for existing members who didn t know about this Incentive, do they miss out? Existing members must start this incentive in either September 2015 or October 2015. It is not possible to start this incentive at a later date.

What happens for new members who joined Young Living in September 2015 or October 2015 who didn t start using the Essential Rewards program from their very first order? Do they miss out on this Incentive? This Incentive is normally only available to new members who start using Essential Reward from their very first order when joining Young Living. As this is a newly announced Incentive, if a new member wasn t aware of this new Incentive when they joined in September 2015 or October 2015, if the new member starts the Essential Rewards program in September 2015 or October 2015, they will be able to qualify for this Incentive (with 100PV ER orders). What happens for new members who joined Young Living after October 2015 who didn t start using the Essential Rewards program from their very first order? Do they miss out on this Incentive?, this incentive is only available for new members who start using Essential Rewards from their very first order Does the members Essential Rewards order need to be between the 1st to the 16th of the month to qualify for the 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Essential Rewards Incentive?. There are two Essential Rewards related Incentives. If the member wishes to qualify for the 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Essential Rewards Incentive then they can have their Essential rewards date between the 1st 28th of each month. (If the member wishes to qualify for the 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Essential Rewards Incentive AND the 1st 16th Essential Reward date Incentive then yes, they will have to place their order between the 1st 16th of every month. Please see the 1st 16th Essential Reward date Incentive for more details) Premium Starter Kit Does a member need to purchase a Premium Starter Kit to be eligible for this Essential Rewards 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Incentive?. This Incentive does not require a member to purchase a Premium Starter Kit Can a Premium Starter Kit be included in an Essential Rewards order to qualify for this Incentive? For new members - for a new enrolling member, but it s not required. A Premium Starter Kit can be included in a first Essential Rewards order for new members. Any proceeding months after this first Essential Rewards order, the Premium Starter Kit can only be placed on a standard order. For Existing members The Premium Starter Kit cannot be added to Essential Rewards orders, the Premium Starter Kit can only be placed on a standard order. Essential Rewards Orders Placed Before September 2015 Do the months I placed ER orders before September 2015 count for this Essential Rewards Incentive? As at September 2015, I ve been using Essential Rewards for 8 months already, does that mean I will be getting the 9th month gift next month?. If you started with Essential Rewards before September 2015, the months before September 2015 do not count for this new Essential Rewards Incentive.

How to Claim the Free Gifts Do I need to register for this Incentive?. To claim your gift you need to fill out the appropriate form and send it by fax or email to Young Living Australia. How to Claim the Free Gifts How do I claim the Free Gifts? To claim the free gifts, you need to complete the Essential Rewards 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Incentive forms, then fax or email the forms to Young Living at custserv@youngliving.com.au. For example, to claim the 3 month gift, use the 3 month Essential Rewards Incentive Form and send this into Young Living by fax or email. Where are the Forms? You will find the forms in the Distributor Resources section of the Young Living Classic Virtual Office and in the Member Resources section of the Young Living New Virtual Office. As from the 1st of September 2015 the forms will also be included in the Basic Starter Kit and Premium Starter Kit. Do I automatically receive my incentive gift?. You must submit the appropriate form to young Living Australia to receive your incentive gift Free Home Diffuser Offer Does the Essential Rewards 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Incentive replace the 3 month Free Home Diffuser Offer for new members? Which offer should I promote to new members? You should promote Essential Rewards 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Incentive Offer rather than the Free Home Diffuser Offer. Does this Essential Rewards 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Incentive apply for people who have previously qualified for the Free Home Diffuser Offer before September 2015?. A person who has previously qualified for the Free Home Diffuser offer, can qualify for this 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Essential Rewards Incentive. Will the Free Home Diffuser Offer still be available after the 1st of September 2015? The Free Home Diffuser is being replaced by the new Essential Rewards Incentive. The Free Home Diffuser offer will continue to be honoured until 31st December 2015. After that it will no longer be available.

For people who joined Young Living starting with the Essential Rewards program in June, July, August or September 2015 - will they still receive the Free Home Diffuser Offer? For people who are currently within their first 3 months with Young Living who are yet to qualify and claim their Free Home Diffuser offer, can they also use the Essential Rewards Incentive?, after the Free Home Diffuser offer 3 month qualification, these members can start the 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Essential Rewards Incentive program. For people who are currently within their first 3 months with Young Living who are yet to qualify and claim their Free Home Diffuser offer, when does the Essential Rewards Incentive start for them? The Essential Rewards Incentive will start for these members in their next consecutive month after they qualify for the Free Home Diffuser (ie. starting in their 4th month on Essential Rewards). What happens for people who didn t know about the new Essential Rewards Incentive offer and were told by their enroller about the Free Home Diffuser Offer when they joined between September and December 2015? The Free Home Diffuser Offer will continue to be honoured until the 31st of December. After that, only the Essential Reward Incentive will apply. Minimum PV for Orders If an existing member is currently using Essential Rewards with 50PV orders or ER orders below 100PV, can they qualify for this Essential Rewards Incentive in the future? A member needs to have a minimum of 100PV ER order to qualify. If they are not currently ordering 100PV ER orders, they need to start placing 100PV Essential Rewards orders between September 1st 2015 October 31st 2015 to be eligible to qualify for this Incentive. What happens if a member has a 100PV Essential Rewards order after September 2015 but a future month s ER order is 50PV or below 100PV? If a member has had an ER order for 100PV in a month from September 2015 onwards their Essential Rewards Incentive will have started - if they then place a subsequent ER order below 100PV, their Essential Rewards Incentive will stop and they will no longer qualify for this Incentive. It is not possible to re-start the Incentive again at a later month. If an Essential Rewards order is below 100PV for a month, can the PV from a Standard order in the same month be combined with the Essential Rewards order PV to make up the 100PV minimum?. The 100PV must be in the one Essential Rewards order A member needs to have a minimum of 100PV ER order to qualify. If an existing member is not currently ordering 100PV ER orders, they need to start placing 100PV Essential Rewards orders between September 1st 2015 October 31st 2015 to be eligible to qualify for this Incentive.

Missing Months What happens if the member has an Essential Rewards order below 100PV for a month? The Essential Rewards Incentive will stop for them. They will not be able to continue in future months. They will not be able re-start the Incentive. What happens if a member has an Essential Rewards grace month (a one month off Essential Rewards) - does their Essential Rewards Incentive stop? A grace month will not be allowed. If a member notifies Young Living Australia of a grace month the member no longer qualifies for the 3, 6, 9 & 12 month Essential Rewards incentive. If a member starts to qualify for the Essential Rewards Incentive, for example they qualify for the 3 month gift, but then cancels Essential Rewards, can they restart again in the future and still qualify for 6 month, 9 month and 12 month gifts?, once Essential Rewards program is cancelled, a person cannot re-start at a later date to qualify for any gifts as part of this Essential Rewards Incentive. The 9 month Gift Certificate Clarification When choosing the two Young Living products for my 9 month gift, do I look at their Retail or Wholesale value? Retail Value. If the 2 products I choose exceed the $200 Retail dollar value, can I still have these?. The 2 products you choose cannot exceed the combined Retail dollar value of $200. If the dollar value exceeds the $200 Retail Value, Member Services will contact you and help you choose 2 products that is within the $200 Retail dollar value limit. The 12 month Gift Certificate Clarification Is the 12 month gift certificate only available for a one-time-use with one order? Can the 12 month gift certificate be used as payment with an Essential Rewards order? Can the 12 month gift certificate be used with a standard order? this is the only type of order that the 12 month gift can be used on Can the 12 month gift certificate be given as a gift to another member? Can the 12 month gift certificate be given as a gift to a non-member for them to use with their first order when they join?

What can I redeem with my 12 month gift certificate? When receiving your 12 month gift certificate you are able to redeem most Young Living products except for collections, sets, kits, packs, NingXia Red bottles and sachets, NingXia Zyng, and partial and 0 PV items. Partial PV items include: Rose Essential Oil Melissa Essential Oil Wolfberry Crisp Bars Slique Bars Bon Voyage Pack Partial PV items also include Young Living Diffusers: Aromalux Atomising Diffuser Aria Diffuser DewDrop Diffuser Dinoland Differ and Cover Dolphin Reef Diffuser and Cover Essential Oil Diffuser Home Diffuser Rainstone Diffuser USB Diffusers (Black, Purple, White & Pink) USB Orb Diffuser Vitassage Essential Oil Dispensing Massager How long will this Incentive be available for? This Incentive will be available until 31st of August 2016. The Incentive will be reviewed by Young Living at that date to determine whether it will be continued in 2017. Young Living Australia will honour the incentive if a member has qualified for it and it continues after August 31st 2016. Young Living Australia reserves the right to change / modify / cancel this program at any time at Young Living s discretion.
