To have patient instructions from Sammy display your practice website, go to System Setup, Patient Portal Settings. Then choose Custom Settings. Enter your website address and any instructions to find the link on your website. Custom Website Link

Navigating The Patient Portal To access clinical summaries or other health documents, patient clicks link for Health Documents. Other options include Manage Account and Manage Providers.
Viewing Clinical Summaries on Patient Portal By clicking the Health Documents link and then choosing the clinical summary link, the patient sees the clinical summary as shown above.

Managing Providers Shows listing of providers linked to portal account and status (active, disabled). Patient can also click Add My Health Care Provider to link a provider to their portal account. Patient will need to enter authorization code from provider in order to add the new provider. Patient can also Disable a provider from communicating via the portal and Delete providers in this area.
Adding Health Care Providers To add a provider, patient must enter authorization code supplied by the doctor s office along with the PIN supplied to office by the patient and then click Add My Provider.
Manage Account Patients can update their information from this screen or change their password.
Viewing Account Activity on Patient Portal Clicking View Activity menu option displays all activity on account such as modifications, document uploads, removals and linking status for providers.
Resetting Password for Patient Portal In patient forgot their password, they can click Reset it.
Resetting Password for Patient Portal Patient enters their User Name and an email is automatically generated to the email address associated with the User Name.
Password Reset Form Patient clicks on email link and is directed to the password reset form to create a new password for their account.
