This session will guide you through each of the 11 Quality Measures that comprise the Five Star QM Domain and give you and in depth review of each. This session will provide you with guidance on how the MDS impacts your QM Domain Five Star score and also will help you understand the calculation and scoring rules for the QM Domain. She began her LTC career as a business office manager in a 60-bed skilled nursing facility in 1996.
