Career Satisfaction Program BRADSO To improve branch satisfaction, you can extend your active duty service obligation by three years to get the branch of your choice 3 Year CSP ADSO (Additional Active Duty Service Obligation) consecutive with your Commissioning ADSO * Aviation: CSP Branch ADSO runs consecutive to the flight training ADSO Branching Process 1. 75% of each Branch s allocation will be assigned by OML 2. The remaining 25% of each Branch will be assigned with the following priorities: Cadets who select a CSP ADSO to get their branch of choice If the branch does not fill to 100% fill remainder by OML Cadets who sign up for branch of choice but fall within the top 75% of their branch will NOT be charged the CSP ADSO Cadets in the Bottom 25% of each branch allocation who sign up for the CSP branch of choice WILL be charged the CSP ADSO *CSP Branch ADSO for Aviation 1yr Flight School + 6yr Flight School Payback + 3yr CSP ADSO = 10yrs 8

Why Branch Detail. Ensure branches with traditional leader lifecycle development opportunities (recipient branches) are filled by lieutenants from branches with limited lieutenant structure (donor branches). 13

Army ISC Policy The Army will not consider requests for inter-service commissioning for the duration of the Global War on Terrorism, unless there are exceptional circumstances. Policy supports the needs of the Army and reflects current operational events. Contact USCC/S1 for information on submitting a request for inter-service commissioning. 20
