This session will examine common threats to cash flow and offer prac cal strategies for how to manage and avoid such threats. Special emphasis will be given to the latest informa on available related to Medicare s probe and educate ini a ve focused on home health physician face-to-face encounter documenta on compliance, which is a current threat to cash flow. It s important to learn how to iden fy common home health diagnoses and how to develop a new way of thinking for tackling these diagnoses. WORKSHOP SELECTION REQUIRED Due to limited workshop classroom space, we require that each a endee select the specific workshop(s) he/she plans to a end. Registra ons will be accepted on a first-come basis.
