MAIN SESSION EVENTS Sunday, October 16, 2016 15:30 to 16:30 Site Coordinator Management Session An informational and management meeting for all BTE Site Coordinators with FHI 360 staff. 17:00 to 18:30 London City Tour Hop aboard London s famed double-decker bus and discover the city s fascinating history, including Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, the London Eye, and Westminster Abby. Attendees meet in the hotel lobby at 17:00. The tour will culminate at The Britannia the site of the Welcome Dinner. 18:30 to 20:30 Welcome Dinner Reconnect with colleagues and meet new ones at the annual BTE Welcome Dinner at the Britannia a traditional English pub. 21:00 to 21:30 Student Ambassador Recap & Debrief Student Chaperones and Student Ambassadors should attend.
