I. SUMMARY Objective Our main objective is to fundraise and create awareness for the growing need to assist women and children who are involved in domestic situations, and or who are living in poverty in the United States. Goals Our Goal for this benefit concert is not only to reach out to the general public but also to reach as many individuals as possible in and around the community. Stretching out our hands to grab the attention of those who may wish to support our long term humanitarian efforts, including government officials, religious organizations and Solution With every dollar that we raise and every connection that we make, we will be able to build better community services for those in need. Creating more opportunities to uplift living conditions, creating training programs to help educate women, increasing chances for better jobs, and allowing them to financially support their family. Project Outline The benefit dinner and concert will be held in a held in a well-known community center, and provide food and entrainment for guest. Financial Plan Tin order to reap full benefits of the project, our financial plan is for all expenses to be 100% donations. We are looking for sponsors, mainly community business owners, and others who would like to invest in this cause. 3
II. INTRODUCTION Reach out America, is an organization that helps women and children improve their living conditions, as well as giving them the tools they need to help improve their health and well being, offering support to move from poverty and crisis situations to becoming upstanding role models in the community, with economic stability and self-sufficiency. Reach Out America s project is to hold a Benefit Dinner and Concert to create awareness and network with those who would like to assist with the growing need to help women and children. Our goal is to Raise 100,000.00 and network with individuals who would like to offer continued support to our organization. With the benefit dinner and concert the community will be entertained and fed while giving back to the community with their participation. 4
III. NEEDS/ PROBLEMS This project will serve to help the community with the growing problem of poverty in America today. With the success of this event, Reach Out America will be able to serve hundreds of community individuals living in improvised situations, equipping them with the tools and skills they need to uplift their standard of living, and empowering them to take care of themselves and their families. In turn resulting in stronger women, stronger children, stronger families and stronger communities. With the economy growing weaker and weaker every day, t is important that we address this growing problem before it spirals out of control. By bringing it to the forefront we will enable people who don t everyday assist to help. 5

VI. TIMELINE Project: Timeline Description Plan of Action - We will meet as a team and brainstorm, discuss, decide and plan steps we will take to successfully complete the event project. Resources that we will be using will be the internet and networking with friends and colleges. Performers- Will network with our team members and use their skills to find possible performers. By the end of the allotted time for this task we will have signed contracts for each performer including back ups. Plan Menu- We will discuss the best menu for our event, using the internet as a resource. Caterer- Seek out caters to work pro-bono and for non-profit orgs. Main resources will be to network with local community establishments. Create VIP list- to create a list of people that we feel will benefit our organization and are able to help us in the future. Sponsors Food- Seek out sponsors for food, so we can reap full benefit for event profits. Create Marketing Tools- Create flyers, billboards, and news ads and as well as create a marketing strategy. We need to seek out help from community printers to see if we can get discount for printing and other advertisement tools. Execute Marketing Plan- We will used all recourses necessary to execute marketing plan. Invite VIP's - During this time we will make sure all invites and RSVP go out. We will also ensure that they were received. Decorate/Setup- This task will consist of all hands on deck. All team members and volunteer will assist with decor and set up, table placement, and seating for guest. Event DAY- Enjoy a successfully planned benefit dinner and concert. TIMELINE GANTT CHART 8

VIII. KEY PERSONNEL Britt Nicole- Assistant manager Fatimah Mobley- Project Manager Britt Nicole, an America musician, songwriter, and recording artist. Britt has mainly chartered as a Christian pop artist, and has been an inspiration to many. Britt started out her singing career in her home town choir, and as she matured, has since went on to realize that God didn t want her to go to collage but wanted her to follow her heart by making a career of singing his praises. Britt Nicole is known for her charity work, and on her off season, comes home to work with the youth in her church. She has done many charity events, and my hopes are that Britt would use her professional skills, and experiences to assist me in the management of this project. Britt s role and responsibility will be to help organize and facilitate the plan of action for the benefit concert. Johnny Deep: Marketing Manager Johnny Deep, an American actor, filmmaker, and musician. Johnny Deep is known as one of the world biggest movie actors and entertainers. His acting career has taken him through roles that are challenging as well as adventurous. Johnny Deep s role will be to help the marketing aspect of the project, bringing awareness to the major world issues through networking with others. Jane McGongial- Secretary An American game designer, who uses games and technology to create positive attitudes amongst the youth and others who are heavily into gaming. Jane will work as our secretary and primarily in putting together the pieces of our marketing strategy. She will use her experiences with encouragement, and problem solving skills to motivate supporters for this project. 11
IX. FINANCIAL RESOURCES For this project I will be seeking funding from the a crowd-funding site called Crowdrrse. I decided to use Crowdrise because it is specifically geared towards fundraising for great causes, and charity projects. It uses donations as it fundraiser, and has a very good reviews. Crowdrise takes pride in sharing the fact that their site is all about giving back, and having fun while doing it. Cowdriise is also one of the leading fundraising site in the crowd funding industry and is user friendly. We will also use other community resources in the form of networking with individuals to generate donations. We are looking for specific sponsors for food, catering and performing. We will be using a reward system to generate monies as well. Our tickets will be in different categories; Gold -200.00 This ticket earns you the opportunity, to sit with our VIP guest, and hear your name announced when announcement of sponsors at event. Silver-150.00 website as contributor. This ticket allow you to sit close to front, list your name on, as well as show your picture on Bronze-100.00 This ticket will allow you to sit close to the front. 12
X. MARKETING PLAN Johnny Deep will head our marketing team. We will use as many resources as possible to market our event. We will specifically use the tools list below to promote our event. We will list the crowd-funding site on every leaflet and paper work we have. We will create community awareness buy advertising in Universities and local businesses. We will also rent space on a bill board and advertise, directing individuals to our crowd funding site.
