I. SUMMARY Objective Our main objective is to fundraise and create awareness for the growing need to assist women and children who are involved in domestic situations, and or who are living in poverty in the United States. Goals Our Goal for this benefit concert is not only to reach out to the general public but also to reach as many individuals as possible in and around the community. Stretching out our hands to grab the attention of those who may wish to support our long term humanitarian efforts, including government officials, religious organizations and Solution With every dollar that we raise and every connection that we make, we will be able to build better community services for those in need. Creating more opportunities to uplift living conditions, creating training programs to help educate women, increasing chances for better jobs, and allowing them to financially support their family. Project Outline The benefit dinner and concert will be held in a held in a well-known community center, and provide food and entrainment for guest. Financial Plan Tin order to reap full benefits of the project, our financial plan is for all expenses to be 100% donations. We are looking for sponsors, mainly community business owners, and others who would like to invest in this cause. 3

II. INTRODUCTION Reach out America, is an organization that helps women and children improve their living conditions, as well as giving them the tools they need to help improve their health and well being, offering support to move from poverty and crisis situations to becoming upstanding role models in the community, with economic stability and self-sufficiency. Reach Out America s project is to hold a Benefit Dinner and Concert to create awareness and network with those who would like to assist with the growing need to help women and children. Our goal is to Raise 100,000.00 and network with individuals who would like to offer continued support to our organization. With the benefit dinner and concert the community will be entertained and fed while giving back to the community with their participation. 4

III. NEEDS/ PROBLEMS This project will serve to help the community with the growing problem of poverty in America today. With the success of this event, Reach Out America will be able to serve hundreds of community individuals living in improvised situations, equipping them with the tools and skills they need to uplift their standard of living, and empowering them to take care of themselves and their families. In turn resulting in stronger women, stronger children, stronger families and stronger communities. With the economy growing weaker and weaker every day, t is important that we address this growing problem before it spirals out of control. By bringing it to the forefront we will enable people who don t everyday assist to help. 5
