History Before 2004 Tytti Siltanen as project manager of Finland s Network Unit for Local Action Groups (2001-2005) (and connections to key persons I and II) Håkan Björk in Sweden had been developing and testing the method from 1997 (Pearce-Kay method -> Tor Justad -> Håkan Björk) Björk s model s speciality: Consentration on objectives (not activities), objectives defined with indicators Year 2004 Meeting of Tytti Siltanen and Håkan Björk Cluster of village developers, joint training (national and EQUAL funding) Year 2005 first couple of Social Accounts of village developers (Aisapari, Kymenlaakson kylät, Liiveri, Seinäjoen kylähankkeet and Päijät-Häme village program) Guide Book of Social Accounting and Auditing by Björk & Siltanen Association of the Developers of Social Responsibility, Accounting and Auditing (+ first idea of funding from RAY) Loosing of proposal as partner for Equal-project Response Meeting of John Pearce in Edinburgh + hope for SAN international seminar Small grant of Finnish-Swedish Culture Fund for a seminar for people working with culture and youth (meeting of key person III)
