General information EU FP7 successfully completed project einterasia extends its activities in new target region of ASEAN countries by improvement of ICT Transfer Concept and its adaptation to the specific needs of target region. The partner s core group of FP7 project einterasia (www.einterasia.eu, www.einterasia.com) is working on the preparation of a new proposal based on einterasia results.
Objective ICT39-2016-2017: International partnership building in low and middle income countries. Type of action: Innovation Actions. Targeted countries: Low and middle income countries in sub- Saharan Africa and ASEAN countries (see World Bank classification). ASEAN: Brunei (Darussalam), Myanmar/Burma, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
Brief Summary Title: Transfer, Adaptation and Demonstration of European Research Results and Innovative Services in Selected ASEAN Countries (einterasia goes to ASEAN region). Acronym: einterasia 2.
Brief Summary (2) An improvement of EU ICT research and innovation results transfer is one of the key challenges to reinforce cooperation and strategic partnership with selected countries and regions in areas of mutual interest. The project is based on the findings of several international projects and main of them are: BONITA Baltic Organization and Network of Innovation Transfer Associations (Baltic Sea Region INTERREG Programme, www.bonitaproject.eu ) einterasia ICT Transfer Concept for Adaptation, Dissemination and Local Exploitation of European Research Results in Central Asia s Countries (FP7, www.einterasia.eu ).
Brief Summary (3) Improved ICT Transfer Concept is based on Capability Maturity Model and InnoSPICE technology and is focused on transfer and demonstration of selected EU research results (relevant thematic areas addressed by Horizon 2020): egovernment. The EC Action Plan supports the provision of a new generation of egovernment services. This includes the development of an environment which promotes interoperability of systems and key enablers such as esignature and eidentification
Brief Summary (4) Web Entrepreneurship. To develop and demonstrate Web and mobile platforms connecting existing local Web portals in order to provide new services in the area of e-logistics and Cargo transportation Technologies for better human learning and teaching. To adapt Virtual Reality-based training and development platforms and multi-agent models to specific needs of target groups.
Brief Summary (5) Corresponding software will be designed or adapted to support business, teaching and training and administrative processes in selected application domains. Collaborative and networking initiatives will bestarted during the project period to facilitate transformation of research and innovation results to public and business sectors of target countries.
