The Columbus Hilton at Easton has completed its renovations and we will return to that location. Sponsorship opportunities are available for the cocktail reception and the awards banquet. It is through your generous sponsorships that we are able to invite keynote speakers, entertain with the casino, and enjoy delicious food and beverages. We have worked with our exhibit designer to include a few more exhibitor spaces, hoping to accommodate all of our members who want to display their products and services. Based on booth space demand at previous conferences, you will want to reserve your space early. Display space will be assigned on a firstcome first-served basis. OCA will assign exhibitors to the best alternate space in the event their first three choices are already reserved, and will make reasonable shifts in location for the benefit of the exhibitor or the betterment of the exhibition. OCA reserves the right to decline or prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit, exhibitor or proposed exhibit which, in OCA s opinion, is not suitable to and in keeping with the character of the exhibition. No subletting or assignment of space will be permitted. Table top reservation deadline is November 3, 2017, and must include full payment. There will be no refunds after this date.
