Summer Camp Information Registration will be held: Wednesday, April 15th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, April 16th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Friday, April 17th from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. ****Fees for Summer Camp**** $150.00 for the First Child in Household, $125.00 for each additional child in household. Extra T-Shirts will be available for sale on May 26th, 2015 for $10.00 each. $50.00 Bus transportation fee. Bus space is limited. First-come, first-served. No bus stop changes after registration. All camp and bus fees are non-refundable. *Methods of payment: Check, Exact Cash, or Money Order* Registration fee includes a T-shirt and the cost of some of the trips. Parents can refer to the camp calendar for when to send their children to camp with admission fees. Parents may choose to send their children with extra spending money. The Township is not responsible for children s money and belongings. *Please note: There will be a $50.00 late fee for all late registrations. Summer Camp Schedule & Information: Begins: July 6, 2015 Ends: August 14, 2015 Time: 9:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Bus pickup begins at 9:00 a.m. bus drop offs start at 3 p.m. Lunch, beverage and snack, bathing suit and towel must be brought to camp each day. Camp will be cancelled in inclement weather. Go to our website at www.btrec.org or listen to WJRZ FM (100.1) between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m. for information on cancellations. Summer camp activities will include swimming, creative arts, games, field trips, special events and more. ALL CHILDREN MUST BE RESIDENTS OF BERKELEY TOWNSHIP. This camp is for children starting first grade in September up to starting eighth grade. PROOF OF AGE AND RESIDENCY IS REQUIRED. We will accept as proof of age a current report card or a birth certificate. For proof of residency, please bring a tax bill or a utility bill and a driver s license. No camp registrations will be issued without the proper documentation. Complete one registration form per child, and bring to the Recreation Center on the dates listed above. Optional extra care available for working parents This program is limited to the first 60 children on a first-come, first-served basis; NO exceptions! ***FEES*** AM Care 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. for six weeks $200.00 PM Care 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. for six weeks $300.00 Both AM & PM Care for six weeks $450.00 Drop off and pick up will be at our newly remodeled Recreation Bldg. at 500 Western Blvd. (No busing available to or from AM or PM care) This program is rain or shine, even when camp is cancelled. Children will stay (Fully Supervised) for the day at the Recreation Bldg. at 500 Western Blvd. *Note: This optional program is designed to be completely supported by the fees charged. Facilities include Cedar Creek Municipal Golf Course, basketball courts, five ball fields, tennis courts, a playground/fitness area, a skate park and picnic facilities.
