How do we do it? Our unique apprentice model enables us to match professionals in the DI Program with college students that help them co-create their digital innovations. This symbiotic relationship provides numerous benefits: (this should be a graphic of a feedback loop that shows the benefits to the professionals on the one side and the benefits to the student on the other) leverage time, resources, and creativity to the professionals to help them move farther and faster than they could on their own provides structure to the innovative process to ensure the efficient use of fast, frequent, frugal failure enables students to learn from the deep background knowledge and experience of the professional enables the student to experience first hand, as a critical actor, the business discovery and creation process 10 At the start of each DI Program, we match each professional with one or two students to create the startup team. Students get academic credit and are graded for participating in the DI Program. Each DI Program takes place over an 15 week semester.
