The opportunity The challenges set by the Global Goals for Sustainable Development present amongst the most significant opportunities for enterprise in the foreseeable future. The SDGs address the core needs of a rapidly growing population with constrained resources, and the organisations that meet these needs are likely to grow faster than any other on the planet. This is an invitation to become a partner in an initiative to build sector specific ecosystems that bring together the very best technologies, expertise and networks to scale the leading solutions in each industry sector.

Welcome You have been selected to join us on the inaugural summit of this programme. The summit will be held at Harburn House on the 26th and 27th of September and will bring together 30 selected individuals who will begin to build the ecosystem at the heart of this endeavor.

POY Track Record: WORLD CLASS HIGH IMPACT PROGRAMMES 2011: Beijing, China POY convened a task force of 40 entrepreneurs (representing China and the EU) to develop policy recommendations for entrepreneurship. In 2014 the European Commission wrote in two of these recommendations. 2012: Cape Town, South Africa Working with the National Youth Development Agency of South Africa, POY convened 35 entrepreneurs from South Africa and across the world as part of the 2012 Year of Youth. 2013: New Delhi, India In partnership with EY and the Shell Foundation POY convened 35 Indian and International entrepreneurs to understand the potential of the social economy in India. 2012-2015 : Edinburgh, Scotland Supported by Telefonica, RBS and the Scottish Government, the entrepreneurial ecosystem for Scotland was developed. 2015: Bangalore, India In preparation for the next evolution of POY s model a further 40 Indian and International entrepreneurs delivered a summit and met with senior leaders in India's Government. Scotland s Cabinet Secretary for Finance and Sustainable Growth John Swinney invited POY contribute to the development of the ecosystem in Scotland
