Final Approval by CCF Board.

#7 ENTERPRISE SECTION 4 FUNDING - PSH PORTFOLIO ENHANCEMENT Support for nonprofit housing developers in expanding organizational capacity to manage existing housing portfolio more effectively and efficiently Funding Amount: Between $20,000-$40,000 to reimburse Grant Term: One year, expected to start no earlier than 09/01/2016 Eligibility: Experienced PSH developers (5 yrs /300+ units); Participating in CES Regional Collaborative; Successful history with chronically homeless persons; Burning Questions: - How do I know if I qualify as a CDC or CHDO? - Are there thresholds that we have to meet to qualify for funding in this area? - What do you mean by a 3:1 match and what can qualify to meet this requirement? - What are eligible uses of this funding? - How is this funding opportunity different from Funding Opportunity #6?
