The Project: Crescere in Digitale (Growing Digital) Involve public active labour market policies Promoted by Ministero del Lavoro e delle Politiche Sociali, managed by ANPAL (Ministerial agency for Labour policies), implemented by Unioncamere in partnership with Google

How does it work: part 1 (online Part- Private Funds) enrollment to Youth Guarantee Young NEET Enrollment & Online Training - MOOC engagement funded by Google - Approved by a Ministry-appointed scientific Committee Course Online -50 h - Variety of topics, tools, Social network,strategies, economy, marketing, cases - Experts and Academics:30% Googlers the online part www.crescere in Digitale.it Hosting Company (enterprises and other of all sectors) Application Enquire for a trainee: - involvement by CCIs - a complete form - checked by central Team CCI System - match with the Regional Law - Test Online: - 100 questions in 1 hour - 1 session per Month X Proportional number of NEETs and Companies

How does it work: part 2 (Active Labour Market Policies - Public Funds) Self-Employment Other Active Labour Market Policies (e.g. Crescere Imprenditori, Unioncamere ) the Active Labour Market Policies part - 10,6 mln of euro (National funds Provision of Youth Guarantee) - From September 2015 to June 2018 Local Laboratories Organized and Managed by Unioncamere hosted by local CCIs and Google help (aprx. 412.000 ) - Training on Self-Employment, Internship, Interview for digital Job - Interviews & Matching between NEETs and Companies (from 3 to 20 interviews ) Internships (YG normal Internships) Promoted by Local CCIs (10.200.000 =1.200.000 for promoters + 9.000.000 for the NEETs ) - 3.000 internships of 6 months - CCIs tutors - an innovative live support for technical and motivational issues: COMMUNITY (funded by Google, coordinated within the CCI system) Subsidies for hiring Other Active Labour Market Policies - up to 8.060 for each enterprise

Meanwhile the national reform of the CCIs

Content of the reform and the implementation decree By 2015 (Law 124) deeply modified the Italian CCIs introducing new principles: Help the enterprises also making also partnership with privates and public, playing in the open market (just as priate) Efficiency as a measurable value By the 2016 implementation decree of this law introduced new functions for CCIs: 1. Career counseling 2. Placement and Employability (CiD) 3. Connection between Enterprises and Public Administrations (CiD) 4. New enterprises building and start up support (CiD) 5. Cultural heritage and tourism promotions (EiD- CiD) 6. Support to SMBs on foreign market (from Italy only) (EiD- CiD)

Meanwhile Industria 4.0 national plan

The last update The new approach (presented by the Minister of Economic Development last September the 19 th ) is based on the following points: Industria 4.0 Plan is renamed Impresa 4.0 Plan Therefore all the business sectors are targeted by the new Plan, from agriculture, to manufacturing, to services, with a progressive introduction of I 4.0 technologies in the whole value chain (e.g. precision agriculture; energy, waste, transport, logistics, retail, HORECA, health, education and culture smart services, etc.) A new fiscal package focused on the I 4.0 skills growth will be available from 2018 (as the existing one is mainly aimed to physical assets & software)
