MWR Accreditation Goal 1: To recognize quality recreation programs across the Navy by evaluating the following criteria: ü Compliance with Navy MWR Program Standards ü Non-Appropriated Funds Financial Management ü Personnel Management ü Customer Satisfaction Goal 2: Every Navy Installation achieves accreditation at a minimum 3 star level.
