Police field response personnel (UCSD/SDPD) meet at SCVC for preexercise briefing/safety officer briefing, weapons check and walk-through of response procedures Actors and exercise team report to their exercise locations, complete set up and site controller confirms they are in place by 9:15 Field Safety Officer from UCSD PD conduct safety briefing/weapons check/response 8:30 procedure walk-through conducted 9:00 Participants register in Lobby [no admission after (9:15) ] Participants register, sign-in, receives hand-outs and badges 9:15 Safety Briefing SAFETY messages & general orientation Nursing Unit site Controllers (3rd floor) inform Reception Unit Team 9:15 Leader (lobby) that all actors are in place.
