WINE & CHEESE SOCIAL EVENT We are making plans for a great Wine & Cheese activity to bring the attendees to YOU! This activity will be held on Thursday, February 22 nd at 7:30pm in the exhibit area on Level C and family and friends are invited. This event will include plenty of sumptuous Snowbird appetizers, beer, wine and soft drinks for everyone. This will give attendees ample opportunities to stop by your booths to visit. WORKSHOP OPPORTUNITIES Since the actual meeting won t start until Thursday, February 22nd at 6:45am, most of the attendees will fly in on Wednesday, February 21st, 2018. This is a great time to have an Industry sponsored (non-cme) workshop, speaker, hands-on, lab, etc. The doctors won t have anything else to do on that day. If you are interested in having food, hors d oeuvre s, drinks, etc., please call Kristen Miller with Snowbird Conference Services & Catering @ 801/933-2273 or kmiller@snowbird.com to make arrangements for food and any AV needs you may have. ADVERTISING OPPORTUNITIES Wi-Fi Become the official internet sponsor of the course. This sponsorship provides free Wi-Fi service to all conference attendees in the meeting space. One opportunity is available on first come, first serve basis. Keycards All meeting attendees will receive a room keycard with your company logo at registration. Company is responsible for keycard production and shipment to the hotel. Keycard artwork must be approved by FORE prior to production. FORE is responsible with providing sponsor with the quantity required. Branded Coffee Cups, Water Cups and Cocktail Napkins Sponsor is responsible for production and shipment to the hotel.
