SHARE Scholarships Program SHARE European Union Support to Higher Education in ASEAN Region Four-year program funded by EU to support internasionalisation and harmonisation of higher education in ASEAN. One of the programs is scholarship program for intra- ASEAN (400 scholarships) and ASEAN-EU mobility (100 scholarships) The first pilot batch will only involve 8 universities representing 8 ASEAN countries; RUPP (Cambodia), UI (Indonesia), NUOL (Lao PDR), UKM (Malaysia), University of Yangon (Myanmar), UP (Philippines), CU (Thailand), and VNU-Hanoi (Vietnam).

SHARE Scholarships Program The application process will be in two steps; candidates need to have gained admission to a semester in one of the SHARE Universities before they can apply for SHARE Scholarship. The Universities will be responsible for the admission of candidates based on their own academic admission criteria, while SHARE will be responsible in selecting for the scholarship awardee. Candidate must submit the following documents through online application: - Letter of Acceptance from Host University - Letter of Endorsement from Home University - Recent Academic Transcript (in English) - Copy of Valid Passport - Recent Photograph Scholarship Coverage: - Tuition Fee (waived by host university) - Living Alowance - Return Airfare - Health Insurance - One-time Settling-in Allowance - Study Materials - Visa Cost

STEP 1 If you would like to apply for these following universities (AUN-ACTS participating universities): - Royal University of Phnom Penh - National University of Laos - Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia - University of Yangon - Mandalay University - University of the Philippines - Ateneo de Manila University - De La Salle University - Chulalongkorn University - Vietnam National University-Hanoi you could apply through AUN-ACTS online application system ( http://acts.ui.ac.id/ ). Please choose others: SHARE Scholarship for exchange scheme. After applying online, please submit the following documents to International Office: - Printed Application Form - Recommendation Letter from your faculty - English Certificate (TOEFL/IELTS) - Latest Academic Transcript If approved, you will be nominated to your proposed host university and International Office will issue Letter of Endorsement
STEP 1 If you would like to apply to non AUN-ACTS participating universities, you should contact your proposed host university, asking for necessary information regarding student exchange program including exchange application form Then, please submit the following documents to International Office: - Completed Application Form - Recommendation Letter from your faculty - English Certificate (TOEFL/IELTS) - Latest Academic Transcript - Other necessary documents required by your proposed host university If approved, you will be nominated to your proposed host university and International Office will issue Letter of Endorsement
STEP 2 After being nominated by Universitas Indonesia, your application will be reviewed by your proposed host university The host university will issue Letter of Acceptance if your application meet their requirements With the Letter of Acceptance, you will be able to apply for SHARE Scholarship in the following link http://www.shareasean.eu/activities/scholarship/scholarship02/ Please note that you need to submit your application to International Office at the latest 21 October 2016 so that it could give host university time to review your application
Who are eligible to apply Active undergraduate ASEAN students from selected ASEAN Universities Have completed at least two semesters at Home University Have good academic standings at Home University Have good English proficiency, both speaking and writing Please note that host universities may have additional requirements such as minimum TOEFL score or minimum GPA. You should contact your proposed host university for further explanation
