Quality (ADEQ), Office of Water Quality, 5301 Northshore Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas 72118 5317 at telephone number (501) 682 0623, proposes a draft modification of the permit number AR0048461 for which an application was received on February 8, 2016, and additional information was received on 2016 for the following applicant under the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) and the Arkansas Water and Air Pollution Control Act. Applicant: Del Tin Fiber, LLC, 757 Del Tin Highway, El Dorado, AR 71730. Location: 0.85 miles northeast of the intersection of Hwy 15 and Hwy 335; Latitude: 33 10 41.67 N; Longitude: 92 44 32.54 W in Union County, Arkansas.
