VII. New Business 1. Interim Metro-North Team Leader Letitia Vasquez for Richard Tate 2. 0-3 Year Officials Clinic Mike Smith Proposed provisional officials need to be at the Holiday Classics instead of 0-3 year officials. Zero 0-3 year title does not take into account skill the title is strictly time of service. 0-3 need more attention to the training. 4+ come in and mentor the 0-3 officials at the Holiday Classic and can also work the event. This year is the first year we have had the number of club coaches register as officials. All officials have to go to an in person clinic. If they want lots of training attention they should attend the 0-3 clinic. If someone is slacking send them to the Holiday Classic. People that need remedial training should go to the Holiday Classic. Team Leads need to stay within the time guidelines for advancement. Don t give officials false impression of advancement. VIII. IX. Rating Team Update (Ed Vasquez) 1. Team Leaders need to distribute rating instructions to their team members 2. Q 3. Need to work with Regionals on their R2 skills.
