Towards this aim the work has been aimed to address specialized nature of professional services both on behalf of seeker and provider. This paper attempts to serve the planners and the job seekers. PREAMBLE If you are not a son of any legendary financial tycoon, then sure you need a job. When the number of people having desire of job are very many and there are euphoric jobs opportunities, there is no need of this advisory article then; till then you may seek, very easily, suitable and according to your caliber, the various openings foe employment. If you may succeed, then how great it will be! Job searching procedure has the important role for getting a dreamed job. Here in this article we are going to elaborate this procedure on basis of some experiments and studies. What is most appropriate efficient and best method to search a job? Yes, this is internet! But this article will help you to resolve the problems occurring to search a job even at internet. Some most experienced steps for searching jobs are described then all well known and available job search engine s main aim or working is categorized. For some different or special fields many search engines are also tabulated, showing their popularity. Then technically the whole discussion is proved by using t-test of statistics. To prove quality results, some topics from different nature of job are taken and five queries on every topic are tested by executing on the different search

engines. Relevant results are finding out, apply t-test on them and suggested to use job search engine on the basis of your dreamed job s nature. THE BASICS But to get a suitable or desired job is a complex task without using sufficient resources. Today, is age of internet, which though allows every task to be completed within very less time and efficiently? But with the use of internet, there are complexities associated of sorts. So to search jobs with internet, being very cheap, faster and best method, you first need to invest time money and technology. Yes, problem arises due to increasing a large number of websites and resources. People does not know where they find relevant information and what a procedure should they adopt. At which web sites there are more possibility to get good job. Even many people are there who do not know how they may search jobs on the web. So to resolve these types of problems, we hereby show some tools and techniques to exploit search engines that may provide jobs in the relevant fields The categorization of search engines that provide jobs in the relevant fields, draw their effectiveness, mainly include concentrations of functionality, say for which they are famous and working. Students which are searching jobs sure will get some help and can get the desired job(s). Or one can explore it commensurate to the future need of a dream jobs. Students or people who are searching jobs are mostly aware about the benefits of internet, but perhaps not about technicals of the job processing process. This time resources and facilities are so much that a student gets many job offers while s/he is not able to get any before adopting a suitable procedure and right way to search the job on internet. These search engines requires only your resumes and expectations of job or dream of job (E. g. designation, expecting salary, job place etc) for registering at any websites free of cost. These websites notify you for new jobs, send e-mails for new vacancies and even update you by sending message on your mobile phones. The resumes of applicants are stored in the search engines databases so that any time can be refer for a suitable recruiter. Many websites or search engines provides specialty for a particular type of jobs e.g. Teaching Jobs, Administration jobs, Engineering job, Government jobs, Medical jobs. Latest jobs are available on these sites and notify a candidate within a very less amount of time. Actually these sites are not job providers. They are either consultants who make employer and employee converge onto a specific requirement for want of a fee; or those who rather serve one of these and contribute in searching the Golden goose, who makes her presence once a while. You know Dhirubhai Ambani was once upon a time seeking a job, at the basis of his

esteemed matriculation certificate. (It is not that the matriculation certificate is important. But who has is, it makes a difference ;-)). Let us review 10 simple steps to search [2] a new job:- 1. Focus your job search: - concentrate on the job keyword matches with your interest to find job. Define location for your work place and compact search criteria to review relevant job results. 2. Build Your Brand: - Register and make profile on Siliconindia, LinkedIn, Facebook and VisualCV. A strong brand impersonates you in professional environment and will provide recruiters, employers and contacts with a strong positive impression. 3. Make your contacts: - After creating your profile, increasing your contact list and spread your network. You do not know which contact will help you for searching job or redirect to your desired company. 4. Use Job search tools: - Various tools like widgets, gadgets will help to speed up your job search process and organize your searching and save valuable searching. 5. Create Hot list of Companies: -have a hot list of companies for which you want to work, collect more information about them. E.g. aim of company, project at which they are working, what requirement they have. This type of information can be more useful when you interact with them. All the information is available on the internet. 6. Find Job listing: - check jobs on all websites and networking sites, niche job sites, sites listed by type of job and try to maximize your job opportunities. 7. Building targeted Resume and cover Letter: - Your resume will be concentrated on a particular job. That will show why you want this job and how you are qualified person for this job. Effective resume increases the chances to call for an interview or finally selection. 8. Crack the interview: -Analyze the company profile and job requirement before attend interview, do practice (if required) for answering, do effort to impress interviewer and show your confidence, expertise and skills 9. Reiterate your skills: - ingeminate your interest, skills and experiences for the interesting jobs and remind the recruiter you are the best person for the job. 10. Accept/decline job offer: - After getting the job offer should not be in hurry to accept of decline a job and evaluate the job on the basis of some factors. E.g. COMING TO THE TECHI S Well, how to go about it is a million dollar question. Now we are going to show mostly available search engine databases which provides various types of jobs and popular. This information can be helpful to all student and people which are searching jobs in various fields. Though there are too many of these search engine databases so it becomes very much difficult to search relevant job. However we have tried to describe the most potent way so that desired persons can get relevant information. Table 1 provides you a list of various search engines providing this facility.

Table 1: All job search engine and their characterization Search Engines Behavior Bixee is large job portal which provide jobs in almost the entire sector such as call center, teaching, hospitality, accountant manager, pharmacy, testing etc. It can also provide jobs in all top companies and all places. Careerbuilder.com has categorized the jobs such as accounting, engineering, hospitality, sales and marketing etc. While Bixee.com does not provide this type of category. Craigslist is a large job portal which can help us to search jobs in India as well as abroad. CV Fox is a job portal but it does not provide list of cities and it also does not categorized the job. But it provides only search text field in which user can filled his requirement and gets the result according to that requirement. Dice is good job portal which provide the facility of post resume. Candidate can post his resume and gets job according his skill set that he has specified in his resume while above five search engines does not provide this facility. It is user friendly search engine; user can submit his satisfaction that he is getting call from recruiter. Eluta.ca is a search engine that provides two text fields one is for (job title, qualification) another one is location. Then it searches job that fulfills the requirement of a user.

This job search engine provides 3 text fields one is for keyword, next one is for location and last one is for category. It also provides the facility of post resume. This job search engine categorized the job such as engineering, accounting etc and then it subcategorized this field as electronics, computer engineering, mechanical and all of the branches of engineering, in same way he has categorized the accounting field etc. This job search engine is same as monster.com but it has focused jobs on branches of European countries. This is simple search engine that provides two text fields one is for keyword and other one is location and then search particular jobs. This job search engine provides the facility of submit resume and it is searching job mainly in UK cities in all of the areas. This is the largest job search engine which has the largest resume database. It provides the facility of searching job online. It has the facility of submit resume. It has divided the by categories and location. This job search engine provides the various facility such as post resume facility, can search experience based job, salary expectation, it provides maximum company in which a user can direct apply if there is vacancy in that company. This is simple job search engine that provide two text field keyword and location and then it search the jobs.

This job search engine helps us to find million of jobs and it also helps us to find thousand of job site. It has categorized jobs in its own manner and provides two search text fields such as keyword and location and then it searches the jobs according to user requirement. Graphics design, animation, cartooning. search engine that helps to search all latest govt. jobs, technichal jobs, defense jobs, software jobs. Sarkarinaukri.net Sarkarinaukri search engine is all about giving exact information of any govt. jobs

K12jobs search engine is special search engine to provide teaching jobs in public and private institution. Engineer.net is technical job search engine that helps to search job for all experience, professional and fresher engineer. Monsterindia.com This is all purpose search engine, providing all type of jobs and have a large database for applicant s resume. Yuvajobs.com Mostly fresher jobs are available for youth with and without their experience in approx all fields. E.g. bank, teaching, HR, Technical, Engineering etc. Govjobsindia.com Provides many better government jobs as well as private jobs in India and have the option to select the place of work also, candidate can choose the job according to keywords also. Medzilla.com This is medical job search engine that provide all medical company in which a candidate can apply with the facility of post resume. The above list shown in Table I was proprietary. But how do you know my name is Sachin [4], unless I let you know that? Or I am not that famous cricketer, unless I tell you that? Or that we are a trio of Gupta, Garg, and Thareja, who searched Engineer.net for our jobs and not Cricket.com). However unless you know that, know now, that here is one more table which shows how a novice will seek their job on the World Wide Web. It means in whole world of course. It is so wide. Let us describe the jobs for a particular domain: Table 2: documents special search engine for different fields.

Academpoly.com is best search engine to search jobs of all teaching as lecturer, professor, principal etc. Another teaching job search engines are K12job.com and for art teaching job there is princetonol.com. Healthcare.com. provides all healthcare jobs such as nursing jobs then there is another search engine for medical jobs is medzilla.com. sarkari-naukri.blogspot.com is best to search all govt. jobs and govjobsindia.com, sarkarinaukri.net are also in all fields such as engineering, diploma, college faculty and amazines.com is another govt. jobs search engine. Fashionjobsearch.com is suitable to find all fashion jobs for ex. Fashion activity specialist, associate designer etc. Apparelsearch.com is another search engine for fashion jobs. Ihavenet.com and learn4good.com are appropriate to search jobs in agricultural field. Agricareers.com may also be used to search agricultural jobs. Musicianspage.com is only search engine that help us to find music related jobs. Callcentercareers.com and bpojobsite.com is suitable search engine to search all call center related jobs. mediajobmarket.com is best to search all type of media jobs such as reporter, newspaper, journalism etc.

The authors have tested all these search engines and found that every search engine has evolved developed for a particular set of requirements. However it is providing other type of information also. But if any user searches jobs on a particular search engine targeting his particular field then it will be beneficial for it. For a particular type of job, there may be more websites providing different type of service and results, but they all require that user should be registered at these sites. Obviously they are there not to serve, but to earn their bread and brand. They wanna ensure that you are authentic. So if you want to seek benefit, then take the trouble of managing with the advertisement load they create, working on behalf of their other customers at the farther end who serve them with hard core currency. Technically, however every web of search engine has its separate algorithm to search job, so result can be different for some and more useful for others. Or you may get better avenues at other website vis-à-vis to another candidate in any case. So a continual research into what gets visited for what signifies importance. However, it is sure that use of particular search engine for the job made your search very easy and approach to your dream job. Let us see how a technical evaluation for a typical query may be made. The study hereunder considered five types of quality jobs and compared them for finding the efficiency and quality of the search engines and identify attributes that prove the effectiveness of the search engines. Each query is executed on different search engines comparing them on the basis of relevant result. These relevant or irrelevant results are determined from reported ones, among first 25 results. The decision was based on the premise that user will normally dive further on to second page; given the report of Spink and Jansen (2006) [1] who argue that this figure may not be more than 19% users. The present work thus assists more of such 60% of users who view essentially the first page for the available search paradigm. Table: 3 showing the queries and relevant quality results which are determined by running all queries on quality search engines to evaluate the efficiency of the search engine. It is evident that monstorindia.com performed well in the class of search engines. For the Quality rubrics, Manager or auditor did not make much difference, though Engineer aand Inspector lied lowly. After all Capital Q must be larger than the smaller q. Similar results are depicted in Fig 1. Though monster India is top in terms of the popular ranking.

Discuss the result based upon the experiment done at different search engines, it is argued that the job search may address more of personal requirements rather than report exhaustive results. Further intent to serve customers by SMS service or through E-Mail is a better service quality displayed by Naukri.com. So it can get you comfort @ mobile, and serve the patience to log into net for a while. Besides the feed back provided by Naukri.com is vital. Bixee.com mainly extracts quality jobs from the LinkedIn and twitter Network community web sites. MONITORING AND MEASUREMENT Figure 1 shows that every search engine gives different results for every quality job. The Job performance levels and accreditations are also described in table: 2 and other factors of quality is measured on Job Experience, Salary Expectation, job Location. Naukri.com provides jobs to considering these feathers and provides flexibility to choose results. Candidates, who want to job, can decide a range of salary expected, working location and designation keywords to be more loyal about the job. Jobs are also shown by the brand name also, preferring to all those people who have a dream for a special company. Naukri.com and monsterindia.com are developed having the aim of jobs in India, while engineeringjob.net has the aim of quality jobs in all countries basis on your keywords. Engineeringjob.net provides high quality jobs but less in numbers throughout the all words as a technical job. Almost all type of quality engineering jobs is available at there. Bixee.com also has a good database also quality jobs, but unable to give choice of work location and expected salary for the candidate. However it also discusses the experience for the quality jobs. The users of Monsterindia.com however sort out the fresh results to the candidate, while others do not guarantee about the current- state- hood of quality jobs. Figure 1: Comparison among Search Engines The frequency and opportunity to seek a job therefore expeditiously rests in Quality management. Viz How well students are communicated about the spread of Quality. The more, lher larger shall be the adressal, quality and Quantity wise, Table 2: Job Performance Levels and Accreditations [3]

Consultant: Provides advice, facilitation and training on the development, administration and technical aspects of an organization's quality improvement efforts at any or all levels. Has an expertise or specialty in some or all aspects of the quality field. Is in the forefront of keeping abreast of changes in his/her field. This person can be from outside the company or can be an employee of the company. Champion: Business leader or senior manager who ensures resources are available for quality training and projects and is involved in project tollgate reviews; often an executive who supports and addresses Six Sigma organizational issues. It is possible that at a typical set limit, it may be possible to declare that certain type of result will enthuse similar outputs. Never the less quality must always differ. So it is suggested that to make quick gains, one should search the jobs on its wisely targeted search engine for maximum output, productivity and reach. To do work early, effectively and quality wise, there is a need to measure, monitor and analyse requisite class of search engines continually, w.r.t. various job rubricks. The recommendation is to follow the procedure of job search discussed above, but not the typical outputs described here above. Wishing a very high success rate.
