Classes resume on Sunday, February 26, at 10:15 a.m. until 11:30 a.m. for boys and girls in kindergarten through sacrament preparation. There are groups open for continued faith development and sacrament preparation. All inquiries and concerns may be directed to the PREP Office. It is important that parents are aware of the two year period of preparation for First Eucharist (Holy Communion) and/or Confirmation. The Parish Religious Education Program is eager to join the family in the family's journey in faith! Rite of Christian Initiation of Adults: The group gathers on Mondays in the clubroom at 7:00 p.m. There is no session on Monday, February 20. The next session will be on Monday, February 27, 2017. The adults are preparing to receive the Sacraments of Baptism, First Eucharist (Holy Communion) and/or Confirmation at Easter. They have been reflecting and exploring the faith with the desire for the fullness of membership. Please remember them in your prayers. Why Catholic? Sessions Update: This model of adult faith formation provides opportunity those who desire an experience of faith in a small community setting. There is a group open for participants on Sundays at 10:30 a.m. on the school campus. There is another group open for participants on Fridays at 1:30 p.m. in the ministry center. The Saint Anthony Catholic School ITS (International Thespian Society) troupe 89123 had a great weekend at the state festival in Orlando. We earned 6 superior ratings and 2 excellent ratings. Our ensemble acting group was awarded Critic's Choice honorable mention and our small group musical received perfect scores from all three judges. Thank you to everyone who pitched in to help our students succeed! This event was the largest of its kind in the world with over 4,000 middle school actors and singers in attendance.
